The store has always had the products I looked for

We have been in this store almost daily since closing on our house about a week ago. Everyone is always very helpful. We usually have our two small boys with us. The store associates always interact with the kids. It is nice to have a family friendly store where we can shop for products for our new home.

Mansfield Home Depot has experienced professionals in every department. If they are unable to answer your question they find the answer by researching the topic.

Last time i was there hard a very hard time finding a small piece of wood I needed for a project. Tyler was kind enough to take a minute out of his busy schedule to help me find exactly what I needed!!

Several items we needed for our bathroom renovations were difficult to find or select. Sales associates were excellent and friendly in providing good advice. Good product, good prices. That's why we're loyal customers and long time stock holders.

JJ and Jeff were great to work with. Jeff approached me right away and explained the products so well that it made my decision easy. He provided me with sample boards to take home. When I told him I would try to be back the same day, he explained that the associates do not work on commission, which I appreciated knowing. Upon returning to the store I was helped by JJ, and beginning the ordering process was a breeze. Everything was explained in a very positive manner. It actually looked like JJ and Jeff love their jobs - I hope they do, because they are good at it! Providing the carpet installation goes well, I hope to see them again for more rooms. Thanks for a great experience!

I went to Home Depot two times today to resolve a gate latch issue. The first time, I was helped by an associate that took his time to find the product I wanted. I had a picture of it on my phone from the Home Depot website of it stating it was in stock. He had to open a few boxes, but finally found it for me. I went back later to get another part, and he saw me and asked if everything was ok. I explained my situation of latching my chain link swinging driveway gate and that I needed another part. He helped me come up with a solution as a smaller gate latch wasn't available. He went over got the materials for me. I was very impressed. I do prefer going to Home Depot over the competitors as they always seem to have what I need and at a better price.

EVERY dept should b briefed NOT to say "item in isle #, on left or right side"! Take the time to SHOW customer where the heck it is!!

Web site said 55 cases of tile were in stock. Of course I was running late and most of the cases were in overstock. A female associate saw me waiting for the tile guy who must have become busy, she gets the hi-lo and gets the tile down and brings the pallet out to my truck saving me loads of time. Not all the products were available so I settled for what was there and it worked out fine

Bill and Lona at the Pro-desk are extremely knowledgeable & helpful! Not only does this store always have what I'm looking for, but I leave a little happier because of the friendly atmosphere there.

Since December 2001when I started remodeling apartments in Manhattan NY and later as a real estate investor in Orange New Jersey and Waterbury Connecticut I have been visiting/shoping in many Home depot stores I have never seen so good team of employees providing excellent service as the employees of Hackettstown New Jersey Home depot. THANK YOU.

I went in to set up a measurement for my carpet to be installed. I was met by Richard and he walked me though picking out my carpet and vinyl and what would work best in my space and within by budget. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the process!

I was window shopping, not really planning to buy anything that day, until I saw the great sale they were having on plastic storage containers. Needless to say, I walked out of the store having purchased one that day. I was very pleased with both the prices and customer service upon checking out.

Had a great experience - happy with the variety and quality of appliance, and the customer service was excellent. Left the store smiling :)

I'm a patient care coordinator, and I needed something to hang equipment in our audiometer booth. I was so relieved that 3 separate associates approached me to help and make sure I found just what I needed.

Sales associates were not only Very helpful locating the products which I needed, but also offered advice with regard to my particular project.

After two failures at Lowes for suggesting the wrong product I went to Home Depot. I met a sales associate Ken Dell. I heard him say goodbye to his workers. However he still stopped to help me out. I needed a hose for my washer. I am lucky I knew it was a hose because I can't fix anything nor do I know how to. He took me to the correct area. He couldn't find the hose I needed but he was going to solve the problem . He asked me some questions about the the location of the washer and the hoses ect. I looked at him and said REALLY I have no idea what you are asking. I was upset I needed my washer fixed. He assured me he would help me. He told me he was going to come to my house and help me fix the problem. After purchasing what he felt I needed he came on a service call to my house. Within minutes he solved the problem and saved me money. I am a young widow on a limit budget. My life is so hard without my husband. Ken treated me with respect never made me feel like a fool for knowing nothing. I had tears in my eyes when he left. There was a kind sole who made it his mission to help a customer. According to the guidelines I'm not suppose to mention a name, however this man deserves such a thank you. I hope Home Depot knows what a great employee you have working for you. I will always shop at Home Depot because of Ken.

I have placed several online orders to be picked up at the store the same day. Each time, my order was ready for me to pick up within minutes of placing the order. The service was great and the whole process was very convenient.

We started a project where I was going to install my own Pergo floor. I didn't really know anything about it and luckily Rich Rosa was there to help us. He explained everything and worked up the exact costs it would be for several different types, thickness and quality to fit our budget. He made the process a lot easier as we were very confused in the many different products on the market. Thanks Rich

I actually had 2 associates assist me. one not being familiar with electrical section & he still tried 2 help. He then called the rep that does & things moved right along quickly & smoothly.
