good store, plenty of items and well stocked

The store is great. I recently had an incredible level of customer service when i purchased a year end lawnmower. Ryan went out of his way to bring in a flat bed cart, since i had my 4 year old daughter with me and provided a team lift to put it on the cart. Jennifer was incredible and friendly cashier. In past times at the location, Al C. was incredibly helpful as well going above and beyond. The Hackettstown store is excellent!!

I just bought some big items; and they even came out to the car to make sure they would fit.

Cashier Ashley let my cart full of carefully selected oak trim get returned to stock. I specifically requested she let if sit and keep others away from it 15 feet away from her on a very quit night while I picked up some fasteners. It was all gone ten minutes later. Ashley was on her cell phone and chatting with other employees. She had no customers in line. Manager seemed not to care much when I located him.

If you need a new kitchen or a great designer to help you design it, go to this store and ask for Joey, he is the best and I decided not to go see any other place, bought his suggestions and design. Great service, great attention and no time pressure to go over all the possible details !!

I love this store. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. Unlike some other big box home centers, they take the time to walk you to the item you are looking for and don't just point in a general direction. The store is well organized and most things are easy to find. For the odd item that can't be located, there is always someone available to help.

A wonderful store. Someone was immediately available to assist us as soon as we walked into the store to look at flooring for our kitchen. We mentioned that we were re-doing it completely and had already spoken to another company who we would probably use to do the rest. Our floor salesperson suggested that we speak with their kitchen designer. After setting up an appointment to get our floor measured, he took us over to Joey, the designer, and he spent about 2 hours going over various things with us. We then set up another appointment with him to have another person come out to measure for cabinets, backsplash, granite, etc., and then he will do a final design based on what we want.

Great customer service. Associates always available to help.

This store is amazing. Super friendly and helpful staff. If you're a woman do not fear going in for anything. Someone will always help you.
