LOL at their Military discount. Unfortunately it only covers a small percentage of stock, not the products people buy everyday. Some of the more woke employees give them a nice eye roll when I ask about it even though I am a disabled USMC veteran. Their 17 facial piercings says it all.

The store has a wonderful energy from the employees. The manager must be wonderful because I have excellent service every time I go to the Hadley Home Depot. Friendly, helpful and kind . Thank you!

Collin was absolutely outstanding. He helped me from beginning to end with my purchase. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient, polite and especially helpful. At 1 point I said “Collin, you must be an angel.” This was due to his outstanding demeanor. Please acknowledge Collin for his work, character and value. I will seek Collin out when I return to the Hadley Home Depot.

It only took 10 minutes to walk in, select and purchase a new washer. I'm excited for its delivery.

I've used Home Depot stores for several decades...both for professional work as a carpenter and for personal chores at home...

Whenever I needed something and was uncertain about what to get, the personnel was always ready to help me.

On my most recent trip to Home Depot, as well as every time I go there, the people who work there are always available and kind as they assist me in finding the products I need. When I have a problem, their patience and knowledge are so appreciated. Home Depot employees make shopping a delight!

I asked for help finding some clamps for small tubes or wires with the rubber insert. I might as well asked for instructions on open heart surgery, the sales associate was clueless. I just gave up asking and by sheer luck I found them myself.

Price gougers… if you’re going to hit customers so hard with your prices, at least sell quality stuff.

Great store to shop..

A few of the older associates are decent and helpful. But…. The vast majority have zero experience in any trade or home improvements. Most are too busy adjusting their nose rings or admiring their face tattoos. Oh…. And now they are on a kick of hiring recent dropouts of AA or ex gangbangers.

Flooring staff were extremely helpful in guiding in my decision making for tile product to complete my kitchen floor project! Thank God I had help or I would have been walking around for a while having made no decision. I will continue shopping in the Hadley store!

Purchased 3 exterior doors through Home Depot. Employees were professional and knowledgeable, and the design process was thorough and easy from the beginning to the installation and completion of the project. We are very happy with the results!!

Not as many stores carry this item so it is great that this store does. The employees are also always very polite and friendly at this location.

I was exchanging a brand new but damaged tool, the customer service desk was great Adam(csd) helped me return the item but in the process a large line grew and with no help Adam asked Michael(electric) to help me order the new tool that was not in stock. Michael said he could not help me until he was done with the customer in paint. After 10 minutes I find out Michael should have never been in the paint section and the only reason for him to be with the customer was to ensure she got a paint lid for free. He had just had a conversation with Adam and could have easily told him about the lid situation and been done with the customer. Instead he refused to help me and told me to get back in the customer service line which I did and ended up continuing to get great service from Adam but was later tapped on the shoulder aggressively by Michael and told to not tell him how to do his job after I suggested he couldn’t given Adam the lid

This truly is the best home depot in western mass, i drive past others specifically for this stores stock, as well as employees Their Pro desk is unmatched in service

Jeff helped us find a laser level and then helped us find the type of hydraulic cement we needed to patch a leak in the basement. He was approachable, friendly, courteous, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. His positivity made the trip easy and enjoyable!

This electric dryer does a great job of drying clothes and is easy to operate.

We went to the self check out with a lot of molding and we’re quickly overwhelmed by the process. Store employee Keven was wonderful. Keven stepped right up to help us process our whole transaction. Thank goodness you were there to make it so much easier Keven! Keven went right on to help another customer as soon as we were cashed out.

Waited in line for a RETURN, and then the trouble began.... Couldn't process it, so I said I would look around... Came back same deal... They said they would take the part, and call me, I asked for a receipt... They were hesitant,so I waited again for the manager, he was not available, so finally a supervisor came and was able to process my return... Well I had been there since about 5pm for about 45 mins by now, and upset... more to the story, but suffice it to say, all is good until you return something, or the product doesn't work... The service was quick and courteous, but stay away from the key copying "service". The young man who copied the key I brought in made copies. The only problem is that none of them worked in the lock they were supposed to fit.
