The case of tiles I bought were damaged when I opened the case to use them. So many were damaged, I will have to return them.

It is hard to navigate the shopping cart through the store. too many products over crowding the shopping isles. The toilet paper dispensers in the rest rooms are too close to the floor.

I've been working on this for a while and Home Depot has been my saving grace as well as the material provider. great products, good prices and qualified, courteous employees.

I run the York and Hanover area all the time! The Home Depot located on E Market st it’s three mins from my work place .Still it’s the Hanover location the one I favor the most juts because of the professional attitude and courtesy they display towards the customers.

Be prepared to pay for that extra inch you add onto your isleway trim cuts with those dull handsaws. We now have to pay for that extra chewed up extra inch on a foot.

Delivery was delivered to wrong address. Customer service said they would cancel the order refund my money and reorder it and give me a reduced price on the order. They sent a person out to my address to pick up the dirt that never got delivered and they stole five bags of mulch from me. It to me 3 different people and 6 different phone calls and two hours of my time to get my mulch back and my order finally delivered.

Nice store and product I purchased was just what I needed and bought 2 containers as the price was right. Friendly personnel directed me to the right isle. Will definitely shop there again!

Above and beyond the BEST customer service I have ever experienced with Manager Jessica. She took time out of her day to assist me with a very time consuming project. I could not be happier. She made my entire week! Thank you Jessica!

First thing we saw were carts! Didn’t have to search for a cart. Amy, the associate that helped us, was exceptionally helpful, courteous and personal. Purely a great trip to Home Depot!

They are never there to Offer to help load a product into my truck.. Store employees have no knowledge of the Home Depot ( Pro Referral ) program and are not using it to help customers. I picked up an attic ladder access door that the customer ordered.

I was in the market for a Milwaukee tool. No employee ever showed up to unlock the cage. Took my business elsewhere!

Purchased some items on Clearance. They were not on the shelf. The store went out of their way to locate them. Needed a fork lift to get them down. the store then had an employee assist in the loading. A full 5 star exoerience.

Had a delivery of 108 bundles of attic cat insulation on Monday March 3rd. Delivery driver was great.

I have found Home Depot employees to be knowledgeable and helpful.

I found everything I needed and used the cutting service, making it much more convenient to transport a 12' long board. Good supply of pressure treated lumber and friendly service.

I still get so angry everytime i get a purchase discount only to find iut that i have to use my credit card to get the discount. Why cant people get a $15 dollar savings without using CREDIT? May consider shopping elsewhere in the future beacause of that. I chose a gift card for there through my work as a gift but will not anymore.

We use Home Depot in Hanover PA very regularly. The employees try very hard help and provide the best advice for our needs and projects. If one of the employees don't know the answer, they quickly refer us to their experts.

I have received excellent service from this store. I work with the Pro Desk and they are all very knowledgeable. If you get an opportunity to work with David he is awesome!

I visited 2 departments, paint and lumber and had contact with 5 associates. Each was eager to assist, knowledgeable, knew what products and services were available.

Store is poorly stocked. Store webpage is seldom updated. Items are not in the aisle/bin as stated on store map. Employees clustered in groups talking amongst themselves while ignoring customers. Absolutely nothing to recommend this store over the main competitor 200 yds. away.

Associate Marco was so welcoming and pleasant and knowledgeable. It was actually a relaxing casual visit .His personality and informative exchange was pleasurable!

Ordered a new toilet online, scheduled installation over phone & had the installer pick it up. Never had to leave the house. Also, the scheduler was fantastic & got me an fast appointment ‘cuz I had guests coming & the old toilet was a mess. The installers were great; polite & professional and FAST! They took away the old one, installed the new one, tested it, cleaned up everything & that was it. I’m thrilled with every aspect of the purchase from order to installation. I’ll highly recommend to everyone.

When I buy extra material to save an 18 mile drive in case I short myself the returns of extra parts is easy.

I rarely, if ever, get frustrated at this Home Depot. Disclosure, I am very attuned to customers service due to my prior occupation of designing and running a call center. A culture if caring for the person as a person and not just a customer is important to me. This Home Depot meets the mark.
