Best store in the area. Ask for ray, he is the man who can!

Store was well stocked and organized. Luke store manager, Eileen and Mo were exceptional with customer service. THIS WAS THE 2ND Time Cindy was rude and i will say I will not shop in Garden while she is at the register.

Save your money and your time, don't shop there unless you want to be treated like you work for them and not that your their customer. Their customer service is a joke and should honestly be retrained or reprimanded.

I'm an older senior...and I was having trouble ordering an item on line so I called the Harrisburg, Pa. store and talked to a young fellow and he said he could take my order on the phone and in about 5 minutes it was done and I was very thankful because I'm not good at computer stuff. I did not get his name but should have. Thank you

This is definitely an A+ Home Depot. Friendly and helpful associates. The store is well stocked and fantastic prices

Products are easy to find. Whenever we need something it's this Home Depot we go to. If we need assistance there is always someone available to assist us. Especially, an associate named Boris.

Cashier yazmeen was very nasty and disrespectful I got in line and it was my first time here and I only came cuz I was sent here by the home on jonestown rd because they didn't have what I needed bt store 4113 when I was dun I stood in line bt it wasn't where line starts so it was my turn I waited she told man come on sir he and I told her that I was first she said don't matter line doesn't start here I said well I'm new I been in line waiting so he said no ma'am I go so she ring me up wit nasty attitude I mean how u treat customers like that I'm not coming bk

Nice store, with supplies needed. Most times visited, employees do not offer to assist with finding items, or either give out bad information, or completely do not know. Improvement on customer service greatly warranted in this store.

Contractors call it dirty depot. Can't touch anything with out getting dirty hands.

Home depot at Swatara is my favorite place to shop. I feel welcome anytime I go. Staff are always there to help.

Was very impressed with the layout of the store, cleanliness, and professional-friendly staff. Brandon and Liz in appliances were so helpful. So happy for their help. Was not however happy with the credit department. So difficult to contact.

On 1/2/21 I picked up 10 sheets of glass tile and another item. An employee named Cindy, walked over to me at the self checkout and stated "oh these are so pretty" and then began to count through the sheets of tile that i had in my cart as my receipt printed out. I stood in line like everyone else. She did no go through everyone else's cart. If i were at the grocery store at the self checkout, would the clerk count the items in the cart? This is incredibly disturbing. I told this employee, " if you wanted to know how many i had, why don't you look at my receipt?' She did not and tried to play it off like i didn't know what she was doing! Filed complaint.

THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE OUTSIDE OF THE BLDG.IS KEPT CLEAN AND LOOKED AFTER AND THE CARTS ARE TIDY. AS FAR AS YOUR ASSO. YOU HAVE A KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL AS WELL AS PLEASANT GUY ( AND I MEAN IT ,ALL THE TIME , ON MY NASTY ROUGH CURSING DAYS HE JUST HAS A CALMING NATURE ABOUT HIM )YOUR ELECTRICAL DEPT. BY THE NAME OF BORIS ... I DON'T KNOW HIS LAST NAME,BUT THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE YOU CAN SAY THAT ABOUT. THAT'S IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However be aware that there are large heaters at the checkout line. this used to be welcome but with the mask wearing and building up the body heat I could not stand at the checkout register without fainting due to over heating. luckily the associate was willing to enter all my info for me as I stepped closer to the doors where the heater was not reaching.
