All are helpful but Terry is my go to man he knows the whole store and always willing to help

I purchased $900 on the day I was in the store and I am a Vet. I generally have a discount off my tab for being a Vet. They have all my information, phone number, etc. but they didn't give me a discount

Although it is a small store this Home Depot has a very good selection and it is a great benefit to our community to have this store here in Hartwell. The manager, Jeff, is very active and always helping out and greeting customers. In times like these, when it is hard to get employees, the store does a very good job of staffing.

The store is extremely well managed and all the employees are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. My checkout person, Brianna, was especially helpful and kind. I really appreciated her assistance. Dave in the garden center was also extremely nice and helpful. We have the best Home Depot anywhere!!!

I needed a few items and assistant took me around the store to get them! I didn’t have to hunt for anything! I was impressed!

I called before I went to Hartwell and Cindy in electrical found what i needed and left it at service counter for pickup, bought other items while I was there.

I can always find the answers to my questions about whatever project I have, the only thing I would like to see would be the store to expand so that they all were the same size so everything is available in all the stores

I went to Home Depot because I needed some paint to paint my exterior posts at my home. I had no idea what kind of paint to get so I asked the nice young girl working in the paint department. She told me I could get primer and paint mixed together in one can and she offered to put it in the paint shaker and she also gave me a tool to stir it with. The employee was extremely helpful and friendly. Great customer service!

I came in to buy a chain saw and no one offered to help me even though I stood there looking at them for 20 minutes.

I was there to buy a washer. Haley waited on me and was very good at her job. She spoke loud and clear. She was able to answer all of my questions with great detail.

Hartwell HD is great. My husband and I have always found what we were looking for. The store is clean and the associates, if needed are readily available.

Came in with 2 projects I needed materials to complete and needed assistance to get the correct parts needed. Had friendly and helpful information to get both finished up.

Best Home Depot in this area love my guys I spend $45,000-$50,000 a year on paint and supplies

Not one of the big stores and usually higher prices but good people and always help if you need it

Augusta she welcome us with her big personality and smile she took time to help us on the phone for a product we was looking for I really appreciate her

Love this home Depot. Adequately staffed and staff and friendly and very helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. Have found some great deals on clearance items.

Karen Jacobsen in the paint department in Hartwell was so kind and helpful! Not only did she help pick put a color for my kitchen,she is coming to help me further offering to paint for me! I am very thankful for her help today!

Was there yesterday and was amazed at the store and employees

Just purchased a washing machine and dryer at the Hartwell location. The nice young lady that helped me in the washing machines and dryers was wet knowledgeable, friendly, answered all of my questions and concerns, quickly hemmed up my purchase and I walked out extremely proud of what I had just bought. Just waiting on delivery!

This store is a home project store not a lumber yard...

The manager Jeff is great. Love his enthusiasm!
