Over all can get through shopping but a few items that were not available but had said in stock.

Good store. I don’t like the Gardena store.

All is good at the home

Stopped by the Depot to pick up a few electrical parts for a job and my garage. The store was busy and the lines were long at the checkout but fully staffed and the cashiers were fast and friendly. Worth the trip

I've owned a DeWalt angle grinder for years. H.D. carries an almost-complete line of DeWalt tools, but they do NOT have the tool to fit the DeWalt arbor. GRRRR!

I purchased the same items from two. Home Depot’s both locations provided great service. The Home Depot in Palmdale, California. Their service was exceptional especially the service I received from Michael Hughes. In the blinds department. Store 6883. I was not aware of reviews so I did not get the lady’s name that helped me with the blinds I needed. I did not get them cut there. I took them back to Palmdale because of the machines for cutting are different . So Michael helped me with them when I came back to Palmdale. Excellent service. Kind and professional employee.

I could not have had a better experience purchasing such a large purchase of a washer and dryer had it not been for Daisey. She was so nice and professional and knew what she was talking about. She went over and above assisting me with my purchase. Travis also assisted and he was phenomenal! Both did an excellent job and left confident I went to the right place to make this purchase.

Although I had to wait awhile so he could finish with another customer, he was worth waiting for. This only tells me, you could use a few more sales people.. I purchased the top-of-the-line microwave with air fryer and Wi-Fi And maintenance contract. I went on to purchase other things on my list and compare other things on a different list. I am in the market for two commode seats, window coverings quarter round, a mirror and possibly a refrigerator. The microwave and refrigerator are on sale. Good for me.

I bought plants and lighting products from Mary nursery cashier.

When I was trying to to make auto deductible from my bank account they ask me about sensitive information on line like account password all other apps I used to pay never ask this question. For this reason I can’t recommend to friends

I have been to several Home Depot stores and have never had a positive experience with the knowledge of the employees.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a Refrigerator and Top Load Washer. Our team member was Daisy. She answered all our questions, provided thorough explanation of quality of products we were interested in and she allowed us to not rush making any decisions. Daisy displayed a true interest to hear about our needs and concerns. The experience was "no - haggle".

The prices are great.

I honestly thought all washer / dryers were basically the same. Amanda pointed out differences and truly educated my before I made my purchase

I purchased the blowup Christmas Grinch for my grandkids

I had a small light bulb I needed to replace. The employee in the lighting section helped me find it among the bazillion bulbs they sell. I don’t know how he did it, but he was persistent and very helpful. I will be back!

This is my favorite Home Depot! I've been coming here for close to 30 years. Staff is always extremely helpful!

When I moved to Redondo Beach, I went to the Hawthorne Home Depot and met with Steve Scovel for advice about window treatments for my entire home. He was fantastic! He's super patient and kind, knows the options inside and out, and gives great advice. All of my window treatments are gorgeous, just what I wanted, and were expertly installed.

I bought the wrong size shelving units and realized they would not fit in the SUV. We were able to return that set and go right to the same aisle and buy a more appropriate size.

Home Depot has the worst customer service.. I tried to return a defective item with the receipt and packaging and they said because it's not in their system anymore they can't refund or replace the item even though they have similar items. They looked up the. Price which was half of what I paid and that is all they would refund even with the receipt. I will never buy anything over thirty dollars from Home Depot again. They make up the rules as they go instead of having any concrete policy.

Lady could not have been more helpful

Their online app said they had an item in stock, when I get there, I was told it’s not in stock. “It doesn’t have a home.” I literally drove out there just for that item because my local store did not have the item in stock. I drove 20 miles only to find out that their stock count is not correct. The stock count wasn’t one or two item, The apps showed seven in stock. Home Depot, your employees aren’t very helpful either, they were trying to arguing With me on the count that shows in stock versus availability,

I was looking for help in plumbing area and I couldn’t find anyone. I started walking through isle to see if I can find someone but the people I did find said they didn’t work in that area and they would call some to help me. There was two employees just talking to each other and when I asked for help they looked like I was disturbing them. One said they would call some over and I was told to go wait in the isle. I waited for 30 min but no one came. I ended up getting help from an actual plumber who was just picking up parts he needed he needed. He joked that employees always avoid the plumbing isle because someone always needs help.

At reasonable prices!

I recently bought a bag of soil that had a list price of $9.97 but on my receipt I was charged $11.97. The cashier said that they could not do anything, that I should go to customer service and tell them. Who wants to go through all that work for $2.00. So, check before you pay.

I didn’t even expect to find an umbrella for my patio the last day of June! But we found one and it was gonna be a pain to obtain, strapped down to a rack at the highest point of the store. I was gonna go home empty handed but david and jose were phenomenal and saved me from driving around south bay searching for an affordable small patio umbrella Very nice and helpful especially on a busy weekend

She provide the best customer service and super friendly.
