Friendly staff, clean and organized store.

We have totally renivated our home and Home Depot was our go to for everthing. Friendly staff and their service is top notch!

This Home Depot store is the BEST! We have shopped here for years and can say we have never had a bad experience. The employees are great - always helpful and knowledgeable.

We shopped this weekend and found plenty of help in all areas we shopped! Wow, what a wonderful experience to have this kind of Customer Service, didn't feel like I was in a Big Box Store, but rather in a Locally Owned Business that provided Outstanding Customer Service. I love good Customer Service - and Home Depot in Hays, Kansas provided Great Customer Service today. Good for you guys - will see you all soon!!!!

In the middle of helping me, Nick left me and my three children to go help someone else for 20 minutes. It took 1.5 hours to accomplish something that should have normally taken 30 minutes.

The employees, Amanda and Dakota were very helpful in finding what I was looking for.

Fourth of July garden specialI stocked up with some beautiful plants at our local Home Depot garden center today I thought twice as much as I wanted but paid half as much as I expected so thank you for a great selection and Shane was awesome to help me to my car

I had to purchase a Washer/Dryer combo for my dad in Hays. I live in Pennsylvania and had to do everything by phone. I spoke with Kirby Wechsler and what a terrific experience it was from start to finish! He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite, not to mention the fact that he went above and beyond to assist me with my long distance purchase!

I have health issues that prevent me from walking distance and I called ahead and they had my items at the customer service desk for me. Always friendly and helpful at this store.

People in the counter top division are very knowlegable and helpful.

I was shopping for zero turn mower, the store manager introduced himself and offered assistance, he answered several questions that I had, and informed me of special financing available as well as an upcoming rebate on the mower I was interested in. I had previously been to two of the other local implement dealers shopping mowers and did not get the customer service that I received at Home Depot, for that reason alone I returned to by a mower from Home Depot. Thanks for taking the time to help me make a decision on which mower to purchase and informing me about special financing and rebates.

The associates were all extremely friendly and helpful!! I have never got anything but great service at this store!!! Keep it up and continue to be an example for other stores to follow!!

They helped me in fair time. But when I went to get the dishwasher, the salesman went to dinner and It took 30 min. to get it.

Great and helpful employees! As a regular, I like the ability to go in and know many of the employees and develop professional customer/employee conversations, yet be recognized as a friend. Employees do everything they can to help! I only have one issue (not just with this store, but with all of Home Depot.), home Depot desperately needs to bring back their professional program of having a licensed Plumber, HVAC, and electrician to their stores. The former service alone is the reason behind us buying big ticket items from Home Depot. So now, we have opted to go to specialty stores instead.

Kirby set me up with a card so I could get the mower held for me rather take a chance of someone getting it before I got back the Taxas kid I really enjoyed talking hog hunting with and no one was miffed that it was closing time and I pulled doors open

This is the nicest Home Depot store I have ever been in. Fast friendly service from people that really care.

I've corresponded with and met with Audrey in kitchen design several times while making decisions for my kitchen remodel. Audrey designed the layout, communicated with my contractor, and provided personal service for several hours each time I came to the store. It's taken us a long time to save up for this remodel and I wanted to make the right choices when spending the funds. Audrey seemed to understand this and was willing to adjust the order several times to fit my budget. She is quite talented, personable and very patient!
