I called in to order a grill for my husband's birthday. I needed it to be held 'til my daughter could pick it up. Russell was the one who helped me, and he was AWESOME!! So kind, courteous, and I just want to say Hays is blessed to have him!

The staff was absolutely helpful during a blizzard when we needed an emergency generator for our rig, the highway closure led us to parking overnight in parking lot. The staff is so friendly . Bill at checkout and Payne in aisle 45 were particularly helpful and friendly , and the white haired guy at the drill bits (Andrew)

I had a very great experience with this store in fixing a plumbing issue that had to be done because of a emergency!

This is the only store within 60 miles of me I will now drive farther and or pay more Rude employees and the take forever to check you out if you can’t use the self checkout

Went to pick up an online order. Was told to go to service desk. After 45 minutes and having to witness the service desk associate make over 4 calls trying to find me help I left for home, 40 miles away only to discover 2 out of the 3 bundles of shingles were the wrong color and the drip edge was the wrong size!

Unfortunately one of the products I was considering didn’t have pricing do to it being recently stocked. The staff in checkout was thoughtful enough to help me out and didn’t make me feel pressured to purchase even though I was in the checkout line.

Purchased the new Moen Magnetic shower head and we love it! The visit was nice as well. Store was clean and well stocked. Employees kind and helpful.
