Everything was clean and in place. It was a nice experience.

I walked in needing river rock. Kacey loaded all of the rock by herself and also loaded it in to my truck. I had been dreading that visit but she made it easy!

The store seem generally well stocked. I live 70 miles away from the nearest store so I normally call ahead of time or I go online to ensure the items I need are in stock.

Flooring department was very helpful in helping us choose our carpeting as we took quite a bit of their time before we made our decision

Needed fertilizer spikes for my trees and I was able to find a nice selection in the huge garden center.

Home depot has a valuable store employee Kasey. She always has a positive attitude and illustrates how a store associate should treat customers. If all the stores I visit had a Kasey I would be very happy because not all associates demonstrate the customer service skills like her. The store was very clean, the guy that loads was extremely helpful and I had a great experience at the Home Depot.

Going to our local Home Depot is always a pleasant experience! The store is always neat and clean and so are the employees. Employees are always willing to help and they always make sure you are taken care of. Our Home Depot has amazing customer service which is huge for me! I had purchased an item at Home Depot in another city and state. The item did not work when I got it home. The manufacturer phone number was not valid. I called the Hays Home Depot and they told me I could bring it back to them for refund or exchange within 60 days. I did so and they honored my return. Thanks very much. It could have been headache but was not.

Had the grill we wanted, had assembled but took part of it apart so it would fit in our vehicle. The lawn and garden staff was wonderful, everyone is always so nice and helpful when we visit, keeps us coming back. We drive over 60 miles just to go to this store.

Pete Rholeder was very knowledgably & friendly. I asked many questions regarding the correct type of lights I have and what I was looking for. Pete helped me choose the correct light fixture and bulbs to go with them.
