I wasn't the one that made the purchase. A person has been using my phone number to make purchases. They don't even ask for identification..I was on the phone for 2 hours with headquarters in Atlanta..

Just bought and can't wait for it to be delivered

I had a few heavy bags of mulch and a young man helping the girls at the register in the garden department asked if I needed help. I didn't need help and I said no thanks, but it was greta that he asked. I have had some surgeries in the past and sometimes I do need help. So I thought it was a great gesture.

Recently purchased tiles for bathroom floor, needed to be shipped to the store, we were told 1 box partially damaged. I loaded everything myself to the car and when we removed from the boxes found roughly 50% of tiles were broken. Replacement tiles also shipped but were broken so we had to settle for something else since our contractor was ready to install and couldn't wait another 2 weeks

Rodman is the reason I shop at home depot. The associate has great knowledge and customer service skills. Plus the asst Mgr Hans is great, and engaged with his people. He knows customer service as well.

My installation estimate and i stall process had a few unexpected bumps slowing the process but Liz and Christine were very helpful to rebound and get things on track. The install went well with the contractor. Many thanks to Liz and Christine. They represent Home Depot well and are great assets to the store. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to Home Depot.

The staff at this store are amazing! I was first greeted by Andre, manager, who was able to go into detail about the product I was interested in. Such an awesome guy I even decided to open a credit card. Cashiers are next level, Bianca and Isa are well rounded in customer service. Everyone is just so polite here. Buying my tool set, Secuirty offered to walk me to my car. Someone give Andrew from hardware a raise! I was beyond impressed on Andrew's knowledge of tools, their purpose, and how to use them. He went out of his way to give me an in depth understanding of what I was buying. I wasn't sure on what brand to get but thanks to him, I went with Rigid because of the lifetime service agreement. Store manager Lawrence happened to be walking by and was able to give me his perspective on Rigid tools that he uses around his home. A great group of professionals work at the Hayward Home Depot! Great team, keep up the great work! 5 stars, 10/10 recommend coming to this store!

Went here for one item that I knew was in stock so I ran in and not only would the employee not help me except for sending me down the wrong isle but was busy talking to a friend, if I had been doing a contracting job that day I would have been ticked off . Had a bit of time so went to another department for an item I know Home Depot has but may or may not be stocked and was sent down wrong isle again by another employee and the one that finally helped me did not know his stuff but got me in the right area. Didn't know where these items were myself as these were one offs to finish a job, not stuff I usually buy. Started running out of time or I would have called a manager. Yeah that bad.

The Customer Service Department is outstanding with coordinating my order and offering help to load my purchase!!! The assistants were so efficient and friendly when loading my product!!! The store is well organized, the pricing is super and the environment is always friendly and accommodating!!!

I bought a pair of stone pavers from the garden center and placed them in my back yard. I thought them so attractive and practical for use I plan to return to this Home Depot store in Hayward, CA, to puchase at least a baker's dozen more for placement around my back yard. They were reasonably priced and readily available. These stone pavers rock!

I bought some paint for improving my house. Cashier Kayla was very professional and friendly explained the product in detail.

I don't love the thought of going to the hardware store but this is by far my favorite Home Depot in the Bay area! Customer Service is supreme. I do not mind a long wait in Li e when I am acknowledged. I feel like a valued customer when I shop here and the prices are an added draw.

Walked past 10 people and no one asked to help.

This place is either great or horrible...how can I sum it up!? One trip: I get what I need, am helped by the staff, and checkout is a breeze. Another trip: I get what I need (IF they have it), all staff ignore me, and checkout is a nightmare!!

This store cost me about 5000$ because I showed up to a job with their pressure washer a gas powered 3000psi that worked like an electric one. And it also leaked everywhere from every single connection.. my customer was upset so was i. Oh they also accidentally doubled charged my card and had my account completely drained for 3 to 4 business days..

Ami helped me at the self checkout I had a problem with the money dispenser, she went out her way to help me get my money back out, she then opened a lane that was closed to help me get my items and leave quickly. Very friendly and helpful deserves to be noticed for her kind actions.
