We stopped by for a quick trip already knew what we needed and the workers helped us find it in the store and load up into our truck!

Always helpful associates, stock is usually up, willingness to treat customers well. Store is clean, neat, comfortable.Checkout, complaints, adjustments all have been handled very professionally. Prices are reasonable, quality of goods is excellent, and it is my go to home improvement/hardware/tool resource.

We ordered a new washer and dryer set and the next day the price dropped tremendously. I had called to speak to someone about this but for some reason was being told the manager was unable to talk , really the person on the phone wasn’t very helpful. I ended up going in the store and talked to the Mark, the manager and he got everything’ situated for me. It was a breeze at that point. Thankful for kind people and good managers.

I visited there on July 3rd and Bonnie was my cashier very helpful and kind.

Cindy is a consummate professional. You can really tell she has been in the field, as she really hustles and makes the process of shopping on a consistent basis easier. She has take utmost care of our field operations team while we have been in Hermiston and I look forward to seeing her when I do. This is a real asset and the type of customer service I expect from Big Box Stores. Cindy should be training Pro Reps nationwide on how to represent Home Depot to Contractors. She is doing it right.

Joshua Best provided us with superb knowledge that helped us make a decision on our new washing machine. He was very friendly and super helpful through the whole process of getting the machine ordered and set up for pick up. We will definitely be coming back to this store for future purchases.

LeSharae is an AWESOME employee!!!! Home Depot needs more just like her!!!

I really enjoy going to home Depot. Everyone there is always friendly and very helpful. Their online ordering and store pickup are the easiest I've had to deal with.

I am disabled Amanda saw me coming {walking with cane} she came out of the store and asked if i needed a scooter I said yes. when I got to the entrance to the store she had a Scooter ready for me. I noticed she was that way with all who graced her door.

I came into the store looking for a specific train set to buy for my daughters first home. The product showed to be in stock online but was in the newly arrived stock. Alissa, Emily and their team of superhero’s not only found the product, but called me while I was still in the store saying they found it! Thank you so much for finding a super specific item. My husband works for the railroad and having their first home with a train set underneath the tree means so much to our family.❤️

We went to HD to purchase items for our remodel. Needed new batteries for our tools. Picked some out and when we rang them at the register they were more expensive than the 2 tags on the pegs said. The gal at the CSD stated that their prices are changing so much they cannot keep up with the tags and they won’t honor the price tags.

If there is one person that is a big asset to this store, that would be Cindy at the ProDesk she has been beyond great at her service she provides, sales and following up with any type of request! We appreciate her service greatly!

I have found that the staff, with few exceptions, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Cindy and Roxanne at the pro desk have been VERY helpful to me and always ready to do whatever they can to get me the products that I need in my construction business

Was told "don't run off" after buying a Makita string trimmer. The associate had to lock the trimmers back up and follow me to the front because they have had to many thefts. Well how about work on your loss prevention instead of treating people that shop there three times a week like a criminal. Terrible

I visited the Hermiston, OR, Home Depot store yesterday, for my first time. I was very surprised, and thankful, that there were employees who actually came up to me to see if I needed help. Many times at other stores I've had to track down somebody to help me. Every single employee with whom I had an encounter, were especially friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the store and the products. I think this is probably my favorite Home Depot store, and I've been to many!

I had the worst 'pick up a special order' trip ever - 3 hours to get an order lost by the store. They couldn't find one in stock so I did. They couldn't even navagate in their own store due to all the crap in the isles...what a mess.

The cahier, Saira, cheked me out and I had such a pleasant experience with her. She is great!

Each time I go into the Hermiston Home Depot, I am pleasantly reminded of the level of customer service that all business should strive for. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. The last time we were helped by Tim Renegar and he was an excellent salesman who went above and beyond.
