Great prices and on time delivery of my dryer. The delivery people were knowledgeable and informative, as well as friendly.

My Son works at this store, but I have never been in it.. All though I do have a HD Store Card.. I purchased several items online using this card and selected Store Pick up.. My Son told me the Customer Service Desk was just inside the front door... I got my Text message that order was ready and went to pick it up... Went in the front door, straight in front of me and down the isle I could see the Commercial Pickup Desk... I looked around for the Customer Service Desk, saw a couple associates at this desk and ask them where it was, I was there, we all laughed but upon looking around I found the sign above my head.. Felt like the old man I am.. LOL ...

It was nice to shop in your store the other day and have the help I need from your courtious clerks! Thank you for a pleasant experience !

My husband and I shopped our Hermiston Home Depot Store tonight an dfound what we went after within 15 minutes of entering the store and the help was amazing!

Ken, Carla and Jacqjaline at the Hermiston HOME DEPOT need to be recognized by corporate office for the help they gave me today. Not only did they give me the fix i needed at a reduced price, they saved me from having to give a professional plumber between $500.00+ to $900.00 to fix my problem. They had the fix for $6.63, and gave it to me for $4.87, all the money I had to my name. They fixed my problem. I'm greatfull. Thank you for your help with, "THE GREAT FIX". Like most professionals, time is precious. I appreciate a clean environment to work in and to shop for supplies in. I really appreciate the fact that The Depot is stocked with all the necessary items for me to complete a project or daily task. Found everything I needed in one spot. Excellent!

Great store, experience staff particularly Jeff Rhodes was great to work with. Jeff is very personable and knowledgeable and help me through the process of purchasing a sliding patio door for my rental home in Pendleton, Oregon. Definitely is the place to shop again in the future.

Had ordered cabinets online then went in three hours later I went to customer service and they found my order partially filled on carts, the associate who started my order had gone home and did'nt tell anyone it needed finished. Christal an associate who happened to be by customer service desk heard this and promptly told the customer service desk she would take care of it and she did getting a man lift going twenty feet in the air on the lift and finished pulling my order. She made the experiance better than it could have turned out.

called before going to store. talked to jeff. was very knoledgable about what I needed. Was right there to help me when I got to the store and asked for him. was impressed by the way things were displayed and the cleanliness of the store. Also the friendliness from the greeter to the cashier and the fellow that helped to load what I bought.

Store Associates are kind, helpfull, & easy to half with.

We picked up a gallon of paint and when we got home, 20 minutes later it was not shaken thoroughly. We thought perhaps it was just a dot of paint that was stuck to the lid, turns out after painting, mixing etc we had several different shades of paint on the walls. When we returned to get another gallon to repaint the room, we couldn't find anyone to wait on us and eventually went next door to Ace hardware. So disappointed in the customer service and the money we paid for a gallon of paint that had to be thrown away.

I've always been satisfied with the store in hermiston.

Toni demonstrated exceptionally fine customer service and store loyalty. I was short of money, and she was able to get me discounts so that i didn't have to return to the store to complete my purchase therby saving me valuable time on my labor day project. Such customer care and attentiveness is rarely seen in todays retail and service environments and she should be commended.

had to wait a little too long for associate but that associate was worth the wait in knowledge and placement of specific products thank you I never leave this store dissatisfied !!

I participated in the DIH workshop August 20th! Two of my friends shared the experience. It was a wonderful night and we each made a coat rack shelf. The employees are excellent and we learned so much. We laughed and worked seriously and are so happy with the shelves we made. We are all ready to sign up for the next workshop and we do not know what the project is yet! May God bless you all for providing this experience.

Currently this store is changing some displays in the cabinet/appliance department, yet Ashley took the time to help me with my purchase and returns. She even had to work over a few minutes and did so in order to finish my transactions. I took possession of over $3000 in appliances today and delivery personal and in store associates were very professional and helpful.

Jeff in the door department is EXTREAMLY knowledgeable ! I brought the door information I found on the Home Depot website and from their Jeff help me place my order. I enjoyed Jeff's personality and humor. Time went by fast ! I look forward to our New Screen Door !! Thank you Jeff ! ! ! ! ! !

Overall, great store to be in. Just did not have the trim strip i needed. It seems that this store is always out of the type of trim strips that i need.

After researching on the Home Depot web site found they had 16 of the item I needed. Item was in the warehouse for over three days but was not on the floor. The associate stated he was too busy to go look for it and to come back in a week or travel to their closest store, 40 miles away. However he couldn't quarantee if they had the item available. This is a constant irritation. The stock in this store is deplorably sketchy and the customer service is often neglectful and extremely ignorant about their products.
