They only have 1 installer for doors, apparently. I was told my door can't be installed until after Thanksgiving. Ridiculous. If a promotion is running, it seems to me someone would think 'Gee, maybe should have more installers on hand.' But there were doors on hand, and the staff were very efficient in trying to help.

The store is well organized and laid out. The clerk at the check out desk in the garden shop was very helpful and friendly. ( Dixie ).

Store appeared to be in stock-mode.. lots of stuff in the aisles. Entirely too many sales people trying to push their agendas on me. Associate directed me to order online when not needed. Store did not have product that I needed. Normally, my go to store.... not a good experience this time.

FOR A FEW YEARS NOW I HAVE DONE MOST OF MY BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING HERE, BECAUSE IT IS ON MY WAY INTO WORK, AND THEY DO REFRESHMENTS LIKE THE OLD DAYS WHEN STORES WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO TREAT AND TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS.

Hands down the best customer service of any Home Depot I’ve been in. Kudos to management.

This Home Depot has everything for your home or project. It is always well-stocked with everything needed for most repairs, projects, and dreams. The staff is courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and represents their commitment to the Depot. Love this!!

People were always friendly. Especially friendly to my beloved dog BENJI who has not passed on. DON the greeter is super. I always enjoy seeing him and he knows where everything is In the store. All the employees are friendly.

My favorite store.I feel good when I walk into the store.It is always well lit and I see smiling faces to greet me.The store is well stocked and has a wide range of products.Ive been shopping there for 20 years or more and will continue to do so. I do reccomend this store

Home Depot always a great place for the handyman for honey do project, most time have what you need. Friendly and helpful people.

Appliance Specialist Sheridan Ferree did an outstanding job of explaining things to me as it related to my washer purchase that I didn't know. Ms. Ferree took the time to listen to my concerns and do her best to meet my needs as it related to size/color/type/expected usage etc of the washer I needed to purchase. Ms. Ferree did not try to sell me something I did not need nor pressure me to make a purchase that wasn't necessary. I would highly recommend Ms. Ferree assist you with any appliance purchase you may need to make.

Richard Howard went above and beyond to help me with a countertop replacing , gave a lot of help and advices .Was honest to me and did his best to help. He has answers for all my questions. Without him leading me in my project , it was going to be harder

We enjoyed the attention and service of the assistant store manager Beth, who filled in for the Appliances manager to help us with the purchase of a washer, dryer and refrigerator. She was both knowledgeable and helpful, despite the fact that it was dinner hour on a Friday night. She patiently answered all our questions, secured for us the best prices on appliances, parts and warranties and arranged for 12 months interest free payment plan based on the extent of the purchases we made. She was wonderful and we'll shop at her store the next time we are in her neighborhood.

Our experience with the Hermitage store because of Mr.Howard made the trip worthwhile. Due to the frustration of other stores lack of service. I would highly recommend this store because Mr.Howard made redesigning our kitchen come together.

I have been to many home improvement stores in different states and this Home Depot is the best. I was in need of a solution for a project and the people there were helpful even though they did not have what I needed but recommended another source that could help me

Maybe I would recommend that store if no help is needed in Hardware. The young guy Isaiah in Hardware is rude. The other workers in other departments was helpful.

Great store

I rated this store 5 stars because of the customer service I received from Corey in paint. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. Got the information I needed and what to do for the project I need done from him. He is the only reason I go to that store. This guy is awesome.

There are so many great employees at this store specifically that consistently go out of their way to assist me whenever I go in. My husband renovates houses so I typically have to visit Home Depot to get him items he has run out of or forgotten to get. At the Hermitage store I can always find someone to help answer my stupid questions. I am usually greeted by a friendly older gentleman at the front of the store who always asks me what I'm looking for. I have also had very good experiences with the assistant and general mangers. A pleasure to shop here.

Ruth B. In appliances helped me and my girlfriend get set on a new refrigerator! Her energy was great and she was very easy to talk to. She cared about our purchase and made sure we were cool with everything by the time we left. I had to call my bank and she was patient which is rare with most anymore. Would recommend anyone asking for her if you go to this store.

We needed to purchase a chain saw and neither my husband nor myself had any idea what to purchase. The store employee that assisted us was very helpful in determining which product suited our needs. We purchased the product and it was perfect for our situation.

Oh my gosh, the staff was extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly! The product I wanted was available and I asked for it to be ready for pickup on July 12! It was ready July 6, at least! I got it picked up and delivered and our son can enjoy his new grill this weekend as he has out of town guests at his home this weekend! Couldn't be more pleased!
