Came into the store for some dry wall filler, around 10:15 AM... then I saw this lamp and wanted to get one. No one around, so I asked a random attendant for help. He took me to the dept's person; he was busy with another customer. Then we walked to the light section, and I showed him the lamp I wanted. He looked in his little handheld and told me that there was only 1, that he had to "check." Then, after 20 min wait, I decided to walk to Customer after the 1st attendant vanished; there was a gentleman there, who offered help. After he saw the lamp, he verified his handheld and told me that there was 1 available, sould be here, because we inventoried the store last night. He then said that the 1 that appeared on inventory was the one on display. I saw some signs that read... do not inventory displays, none found. I asked about other stores, and he said that he would call other stores for me. I went to get the filler and came back... 5 min. In that time, this gentleman called 5 different stores, someone fissicaly verified inventory and on 5 stores ( some showing 2 units ) never got 1. It means that if Home Depot has around 2300 stores in the US and they can miss a $279 item X 2 in every store ( he said that even though they did inventory last night), Home Depot is loosing $641700 in only 1 item??? Obviously, it doesn't make sense. If training is the base of every business, please train employees on how to respect customer time and intelligence.

Rebeca, the sales representative at the appliance department was very helpful, she knew a lot about the appliances. Excellent customer service skills. She really was above and beyond my expectations. Very professional. She answered all my questions.

Very good service from all employees, especially from Carmen, a super special girl, she treats each person with an affection and a love that is not seen these days, I wish all the employees could have the same love and dedication to their work, great knowledge of her area and also helped me with information about other departments and services that the store provides, excellent worker

It is a privilege to have this location open near my home. I get all my home repair needs taken care of here. Store is clean with friendly employees. I was a Home Depot employee 30 years ago. I had my son work at this Home Depot as well. I’m glad Home Depot has been part of our generations. I have learned many things that Have helped me throughout my life as a homeowner and in my business endeavor as well. The Home Depot will always be in my heart. This store is a gift to me. I was waiting 1/2 hours for someone to help me they call the member to the plumbing department 5 times and no one showed up a customer had to help me

This store has great customer service. Even with all the traffic I travel to this store. Good customer service is sometimes hard to find at Home Depot.

You either give military discount or not.don’t play games like some things are eligible and some aren’t !!

I went to return a light that was wrong. The cashier who helped me was Yeni , very helpful and smile and greet me . I bought the correct one and was able to get it at a lower price as I had seen online but there was no more of that one. Again cashier Yani helped me and was very nice and said Thank you . I belive she should be employee of the month. Not to many people who work in retail today are as friendly as her.

I bought a weed Wacker, a very nice women employee, found the one I needed, I thanked her and put the one she found into my cart and bought it. Fantastic service

Lousy policy when you have to be escorted to the cash register to pay for an item that is worth $89.99 or similar when you have other articles that are worth triple that amount on the floor and you could walk it directly into the register.

Store is nice, well stocked great cashiers. But as I was leaving with a large order to put in my small care. I stopped to get some Twine to use to put the purchase in the car. I was approached by an associate named Rickie who was RUDE NASTY AND LOUD he told me the twine was for his customers???? We got into a big argument. So beware Ricky is the Rope Police. I told Management and they were very polite.and apologized. Not sure if I feel safe shopping at this Home Depot anymore

Of all THD stores that I’ve been to and shopped at, this has become my favorite.

Employees are very friendly and ready to help in any way they can.

We were assisted by associate Javier, a nice gentleman that wears glasses. We were searching for something specific in the plumbing and didn’t even ask for assistance but he saw us struggling to find the item and he assisted us and found the item very quickly. Not just that, but he continued to inquire about the plumbing issue that we were having and gave us advice and suggestions on which pieces and products we should get and helped assemble them. This is such an amazing employee!!!!!!

In this stote, the workers are very friendly and there is a wide variety of products.

The only store in my area (30 miles away) that carried enough lumber inventory for my project. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Anthony Hernandez and Yeni Persia were the best on a night where I really needed some help and assistance. The time they took to be so attentive and on point made a huge difference as I am currently recovering for surgery and still trying to get things accomplished. Thank you so much !

I have been waiting for 45 minutes to be taken care of at the paint department. I have spoken to several associates who state they can’t help us. They have called the person in charge through the communicating system at the store 7 times by now and all someone came to say was the person was at lunch and at this time we still haven’t been able to buy our paint. It has been now over 45 mins. They don’t have enough personal is what they have been saying, i assume because home depot can’t pay to more of them. However, while i waited you lost 5 customers in the span of 45 minutes. So you can’t pay more staff because you are losing customers. I have had this home depot at the top of my list always. Sorry to say it no longer is. It’s been an hour and 11 mins and now i have finally been taken care of by someone who says is not the one in charge of the paint department, has no name tag and no uniform.

A young man by the name of Gabriel rendered the best customer service that I haven't seen in a while. This associate went above and beyond to the call of Customer Service, he didn't make me wait that long, under 7 minutes he was back to the self check-out area with the merchandise I was looking for and additional merchandise to fill in the gaps in the secure cabinet. Excellent communication skills and lots of common sense (which is almost lost nowadays). He helps each customer differently but with the same consistency of getting a smile at the end of each customers shopping experience. I analyze this with the customer in front of me, with me and the one after me. Keep up the same attitude always, never change and if you change...change for the better. Thank you, Gabriel!

We went to other Home Depots, but the one in Hiealiah was the one with inventory. Everybody was helpful and kind. Thank you!

How Doers Get More Done only if you can get associates and managers to assist. Was not able to get more done because of the level of service. Had to leave without necessary materiel.

Would like to know when will there be enough people to serve us clients on floor

Cashier in garden was rude and unhelpful to myself and then the next person got the same treatment as I did. All this was done while her daughter 20+ age (non-employee of Home Depot) was standing next to check out. All this happened in front of Asst. Manager. The Asst. Manager was helpful and tried to make things right, but still did not do anything about employee’s daughter 20+ age standing at check out and seeing all transactions of customers.
