I shop this home depot is because is close to where I lived also the place is clean during my visit it is helpful of attendant always around to assist when I need, I highly recommend to any one.

I made a purchase on the phone via the Pro Desk for Export and the experience was excellent.

The quality and availability of the products in the garden section is not near the same that it used to be. I ove the location of the store and the employees are simply the best..I consider them like my family or even better.

There's always a great vibe in this place. The associates seem so much friendlier, the store is cleaner, better organized, and there's always someone walking around that can pull real quick for questions. Whoever is running this Home Depot is doing an amazing job. Keep it up!

We went to the store to pick up an online purchase. Afterwards, we went to find a drill bit. No one was around to help us. We were able to tap an associate on the shoulder to 'ask for directions' since he had earphones on, as did a handful of associates. On our way to the bit isle, an associate’s voice came over the store’s speaker letting customers know that it was 9:30pm and that the store would be closing in 30 minutes. While looking for the bit, they began turning off lights throughout the entire store, leaving only a few lights on. It was so dim that we had to get closer to the bits to see the actual sizes. This was approximately 2 minutes after the announcement (9:32pm). At this point, we gave up and went to pay what we got previously. I asked the cashier why the lights were turned off so early and she claimed that it happens automatically which makes, absolutely, no sense. The competition is a bit pricier, but their customer service is definitely unrivaled. After this experience, we'd rather pay a few extra dollars elsewhere, where associates actually come up to the customers asking if they can be of assistance. This will, most definitely, be our last visit to a Home Depot. The only reason we chose them is because we found a security camera that we liked. This was a very unwelcoming and disappointing experience.

At first we felt like no one could help us.Advised patio set we wanted was not in stock without physically checking - just b/c item was not on display anymore they figured they didn't have it.We tried to purchase it there and pick-up at a different store but their system didn't allow for it...They said that if they have it on sale it doesn't mean that the other store will have it on sale but being that we are willing to pay for it then & there and drive to a much further location, they should be able to override the price & honor the sale price. When we finally got the manager to speak with us, Stephanie seemed willing to help us & willing to make us happy.She checked & noticed they had one more set so she went out to the garden section to look for it.She found it but it was missing cushions. She said if we were still interested in purchasing it, she would include cushions of our choice. Ken & James brought down the set & James helped us find the cushions for it.James also loaded up our car, he was very sweet. Thanks for a great recovery. We are happy with our purchase & only hope that all the hardware is in the boxes when we put it together.

If you live in Hialeah, then you know how crowded it is over here, especially if you've been to 49th St, this Home depot however, makes you feel like your in Pembroke Pines or something, it's clean ,spacious, well organized and the staff are very friendly, and its conviniently located next to okeechobee Rd,near the turnpike and close to I-75, other then the prices I'm quite satisfied shopping here, I would've given them 5 stars if they wouldve had in stock the 278.00 water heater they advertised online , I ended up paying 100 more due to my urgency (my water heater was about to burst)but hey, no ones perfect, Overall , best store in South Fl.
