Very nice people and cashiers - Debra and Keylan

Ordered a new door in store for pickup, when the contractor came to pick it up he was told my order was cancelled by Home Depot because they didn't have the door I ordered when I was clearly standing in front of three of the doors at the store when I ordered it. I didn't receive an email, call, nothing about my order being cancelled. Lack of communication seems to be normal there's as I had to ask/beg the associate to help as he said nothing to us nor the other customers standing around waiting for help.

Store is clean and neat. Staffs at that store are nice

Hillsborough store # 6361 is the best Home Depot store I have ever been in I always find what I need in that store with no problem.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I especially appreciate the customer service which was extraordinary. I had an experience where a young man Christian went the extra mile and that is always appreciated! Parking is also very ample and easy to navigate.

Store is clean and I always find what I need. Employees are friendly, helpful and hard working. I will be back at store when I need Home Depot product.

The only recommendation in this review is that there is small number of employees for a very large store, but the rest of the shopping experience in finding what I needed with quality products available was the same; excellent !

Never have enough registers open and never have materials stocked. You should open more registers before you have two people standing at self check out

If you only need a few things that don't require assistance this store should be fine otherwise find another location. The employees are generally rude and cant take the time to even answer a question much less help you with anything.

Always check the price on the receipt against the price on the shelf. Twice they've tried to overcharge me in the past year.

If you need an artificial Christmas tree or Christmas tree decorations, find the short middle-aged lady who works at this store. I only wish I could remember her name. She was amazing...as in kind, informative, super helpful, and terrific!

The cashier Steve was very pleasant and happy to do his job!

This is a great place to shop, location is very central within the West Tampa community. Store has variety of products and they beat many store's prices.
