Picked up tile and installed same day today I will grout then done

I typically shop at the Hamilton (Campbell) store because it's closer to my house. However, Hillsdale is a nice change of pace. It's a larger store with, obviously, more inventory. Recent visit was highlighted by very good customer service (something I never expect at HD...)

Ordered shelves on-line. When we went to pick them up, they were damaged.

I bought different type of paints and enjoy the quaity and finished look.

Last minute job required parts and replacement fittings for tools. Home depot had it al!!

Because yes, they will put a returned broken item back on the shelf.

I bought the BOSA XT speed horse saw horse today! I was able to do this thanks to the great customer service of Matt F. In Lumber Section who promptly identified this item in the upper rafters & then bright them down to me to test them out. Likewise he pointed out a sale on the steel roller stand that I was looking for! I’ll definitely be telling my friends to see Matt in Lumber for all their wood & other building material purchases at the San Jose Hillsdale location!

I needed several pieces of lumber cut today. I asked for someone to help and Tim was sent to help out. He greeted me with a friendly smile, double checked the measurements of the cuts I needed and completed the job in a timely manner. He was also very courteous to other customers waiting in line for his help. All in all it was the best service I've ever had at any Home Depot.

Two employees showed great customer service and were able to solve our problem help us make a purchase. We were ver happy with the friendliness of the employees.

I literally went into the garden section today after work for a serotonin boost and it was exactly what I got! I ended up with a couple of plants and left with a smile. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who was working in the outdoor garden area restocking near the petunias today but he was just so pleasant and helpful. He struck up a brief conversation about the lovely weather and plants. We talked for a minute then I went about my flower browsing. After circling around the same flowers about 6 times he noticed I was going around and around he told me to wait a few minutes and they were bringing out new batch of petunias...it was very nice of him! I ended up getting a planter off the new shipment. I wish I would of gotten his name he is a helpful and friendly person.

We were recently looking for new door hardware. The young man who helped us was very patient in answering our questions, helping us with measurements and even found exactly what we were looking for, among many choices. He went above expectations in helping us

Customer service employees are very helpful and very nice at this location

I had an issue with an online order that was to be delivered to me but never got delivered. I was told by HD.com that the order would be dropped off at the Hillsdale store. When I got there Linda who helped me said they had not been delivered there and the system showed them being delivered to another store. She called the other store and they weren't there either. Linda went through a very time consuming experience trying to find the order and help me. She requested that someone check the store for the gloves I ordered.They finally found the ones I needed. Linda was very insistent and never gave up. I appreciate her commitment to customer service and her patience through the process. She is a gem!

I had to replace a closet rod and it took me 4 trips to Home Depot to get it figured out. Tim was super personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I was super frustrated with the task but Tim's humor took the aggravation out of it.

I went to home depot to purchase lumber that my husband needed. Right away, a lumber associate greeted me and asked if he could help me find what I came in for. Tim was his name and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful he was! He took time out from his busy job he was working on to go out of the store and bring a cart back for me, help me with finding all my items, taking my item to the register for me and even load the items I purchased on my vehicle! I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and helpful he was! Thank you Tim for all of your help

I went to Home Depot on Hillsdale expecting to spend alot of money today on lumber, but thanks to a lumber associate named Tim, everything I bought was marked 70% off! He saved me a ton of money showing me the dicounted lumber and he was very friendly and attended to all my needs without hesitation! Thanks Tim for all your help!

I needed help finding a product and was assisted by an associate on the lumber department named Tim. He was very friendly and extremely helpful finding everything I needed to buy! Today was the first time that a associate took the time find what I needed, took my purchases to a cash register, and even to my purchases to my car and loaded them in my car for me! Thank you Tim for making my shopping experience a very pleasant one!

Home Depot stores are generally pleasant in all my visits, but this store is one of the best. It's well-organized, tidy, and helpful.

I witnessed a customer being nasty and awful to Anna, an employee in the garden section for no good reason. Anna handled the rude customer politely and kindly. The manager Jesse is a delight! I feel for wokers having to deal with awful people especially during the holiday season.

One of the best Home Depots in the Bay Area, there’s a few others. But these people are good! Thank Matt in Electrical!

I want to acknowledge how friendly and helpful Aurelio and Brandon are! At this HD location, Aurelio and Brandon have been very helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure I have the proper tools I need to complete my home projects! Thanks to those two, I enjoy coming back to this location!

Jessie helped me find the tools I needed and answered the questions I had all with a friendly attitude and smile. Refreshing to see people who love what they do!

I needed pots, soil, etc. for my grandkids’ planting project. Karen walked us to each individual place where the items we needed were, gave planting advice, was so very kind, patient and knowledgeable. The cashier Nancy was also lovely. I look forward to shopping at this particular Home Depot again!
