We went to Home Depot to purchase LVP flooring for our condo and found the personnel to be extremely helpful. They answered all our questions regarding the product and also helped us set up a new account.

We went into HD looking for a specific Christmas item that was a very hot seller. They did not have any on the shelf. However, Jeff was able to find the item we were looking on a pallet, went out of his was to get the pallet down and get us the item we were looking for. He spent about 30 mins getting us the one item we sought. Could have just told us it was out of stock since it was not on the shelf. HD has gained a customer for life! Thank you Hilton Head HD and Jeff!

Been going to this HD for quite awhile. They have been friendly and helpful. Most know the answers to my questions. Only negative is a couple of cashiers in the garden area. Not friendly and rude. Although I haven't seen the bad ones in a few weeks so the problem may be corrected

We recently visited this Home Depot to look at appliances for our new home. Hal in the Appliance Center was extremely helpful. He listened carefully to our needs and desires, recommended certain features, discussed advantages and disadvantages of certain appliances, helped us build out a complete kitchen set, walked through the purchase, and thoroughly explained the delivery process. We got a great deal. Being new to the area, Hal even made recommendations regarding other services providers in the area that we may need.

My boyfriend went to this home depot yesterday and paid with a card. From HIS card purchase they pulled MY email asking me to complete a survey and review. Incredibly creepy that they are using his card to pull anything other than his payment. Mind you, he opted in for an email receipt and didn't have to type in his email, which is creepy enough as it is. But I did NOT get the receipt, he got the receipt. I just got the survey. Fishing for as much good feedback as they can get but going about it in all the wrong ways.

The employees as very nice but it seems like no one has consistent answers or correct, consistent ways of doing things. My husband used his app and a receipt number from his purchases to easily return an item for a credit back to our credit card. I, on the other hand, was told that the receipt number could not be keyed in, I would have to have a store credit, that I could use the store credit online (not true) and was then shorted on the credit given for the item. Why was it so simple for my husband and so full of errors for me?

We needed new window blinds for a bedroom. Jay got everything done in an expeditious manner and now we are awaiting our blinds.

I was so satisfied with my sales person that I would recommend her to all my friends and family

When we are in HHI , this is our go to store for repair needs.

Tell your employees at the registers to stop skipping the email receipt without asking. I need those receipts in my email for invoicing and accounting purposes. Paper receipts can easily be damaged or lost...

David did a great job understanding the issue I had with the item shipped to me from an internet order. He was able to look up what I wanted and could to see the item was out of stock. Very helpful

The ease which I can get in and out of your store makes it great to shop there. The store is well organized and signage is excellent. I recently picked up bathroom grout and replace my fan grill. Store employees helped me in both cases.

I have found that this store has much more items in stock and the quality is very good.

Love the Home Depot. Great products and can always find something that I need for our home.

Bought a toilet on 2/1 at a discount price.

Alyssa went to great lengths to help me setup a homedepot account with my military discount, while under constant interruption from associates and phones before selling me a battery for my truck. While I wasn't completely illiterate of how to set up an account, she certainly passed my tests of intangible competencies. She will help anyone and everyone who needs it. You have an incredible asset, regarding future succession planning.

Enjoyed shopping but the construction was disturbing and confusing.

Purchased a new microwave due to fire in cooking a baked potato in microwave. Was not aware of the number of fires inside microwave until checking on line. Was able to purchase a replacement microwave with quick delivery and installation.

We moved into this store’s area recently and have been very impressed with the friendly and helpful service we receive here. This has definitely become our go-to place for products, advice and support for home improvement projects.

I have consistently been provided professional customer service at this location! Most of the employees are knowledgable in their area. I find this critical since I am not. It makes completing home projects very helpful.

Needed some wood cut to specific lengths as I’m reinforcing my attic storage space and the guys at Home Depot were knowledgeable and helpful. It was great to walk in and have people understand exactly what I was trying to do and help me with getting the right supplies. Now, if I could just get them to come home with me and help complete the job LOL. I have just recently moved to Bluffton, SC and am happy to know this is a helpful store!

I am a frequent shoper at the Bluffton Home Depot. The employes are alwas there to help! All the staff are very friendley and knowledgeable!

We purchased a stove and microwave from this store. It will not be available until August (everyone else gave us the same time frame). Based on our experience with the personnel in the appliance department, we do not anticipate any problems. Their personnel were attentive and very helpful. I would also add that their pricing was a little below other stores. They will be our first stop for future needs.

Home Depot had the washer and dryer Consumer Report recommended. The associate quickly rang up the sale, explained the free hookup and delivery, and underscored steps to take if the appliances did not work properly--excellent customer service!

I bought locks for doors and have been very satisficed with them. I also bought plants that have been less then the competitors and are growing profusely and abundantly
