Please offer more assistance to the customers. I ALWAYS have to search for help in this store.

Great shopping experience today at the Home Depot in Bluffton. A sweet young lady who was an employee took time to walk me to the aisle where the article I was looking for was located. An employee also assisted me at the Self-Checkout. Both employees were friendly, helpful and a credit to the store and the store was clean and well laid out.

Unfortunate that both times I've visited this Home Depot the employees seemed irritated when i inquired about their appliances. Will probably go to one of their competitors before visiting them again.

Amazing experience during a very stressful time. The sales specialist, Steve Roberts, was patient and kind!! We will forever be Home Depot customers!

Our local Home Depot is always, bright, clean has interesting, exciting displays and is well organized. The inventory is always neat and each department has clearly marked prices and each aisle has an overhead sign describing products & materials at that location which saves me time and reduces frustration searching for items. I actually linger and buy more items because the store reminds me of other projects I need materials for.

I would just like to say a big "Thank You" for the recent experience I had while shopping at your store. I was unable to find the product I needed but the sales associate that assisted me (Kim) went the extra mile and searched the internet for me. She gave me printed information where I could get the product. I then ask where the lawn mowers were located, she did't tell me she took me there and said she would get another associate. Curtis came and was also extremely helpful. He explained the differences in mowers and what they could and could not do. I was able to make a purchase based on his knowledge of the products. I found both very helpful as was the checkout gal also. My experience was made enjoyable by the employees ........................ they really are the company!!!

Every employee at this store greets you with a smile or a "Hello". The store is well organized and well stocked. Of particular note, though, is the incredible customer care that you receive when you have a return or an issue. like we did today. Corrin , at customer service, listened to our problem and efficiently and effectively found a solution for us. We are so grateful and she has won our loyalty to this store!

Even though it is a drive to the Bluffton area, I'll make it at least once a month & visit the other stores I enjoy shopping at that aren't in the Beaufort area!

This review is more about the Home Depot employee who helped me. Jim in the flooring department was very friendly and helpful and made me feel like he valued me as a customer.

This is the 3rd time I have ask for a particular item and was told that it was either not in stock or not carried any more. They left and I searched and found the item either in a different department or a different bin...

I bought three gas grills from Home Depot. Each one lasted a couple of years in the burners burned out. I kept them covered and still Had the burners fail. The last when I tried to bring back A very nasty manager told me she would not take it back. I do most of my shopping at Lowe's now

THIS STORE WAS VERY WELL RUN, MANAGEMENT IS ON TOP OF IT AND MUST TAKE CARE OF THEIR PEOPLE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF BOTH ON THE FLOOR AND AT THE CASHIER STATIONS

DAVE IN PLUMBING...Dave kindly offered to help me locate a pop-up emitter. There were 3 other employees in the group and Dave volunteered and offered his kind and thoughtful help first. He took the time to walk many aisles away to help me find just what I needed. Dave in Plumbing was EXTREMELY kind, helpful, polite, knowledgeable, customer service oriented! Because of DAVE my shopping experience was successful!
