This store needs the following improvements... The online app, to purchase items, needs to be streamlined and corrected. Very Fragmented. Their delivery/pick up of items needs to be reviewed. Roadie personnel were RUDE and very unaccomadating. Their store managers need to be better trained and learn to be more accommodating; especially for the elderly, the disabled, and veterans.

As I was checking out, the cashier Jayce Lynn, was 100% the kindest cashier I've ever experienced in my life, anywhere. Her patience with me was everything I needed as I'm going through a tough time. Her kindness and positive attitude made coming back here something I want to do. You guys are lucky to have her!

We went in and we know someone but we really don't know him but we he's helped us a lot he's on lumber his name is Joe and we were looking for a new washing machine and he took us cuz he's in lumber I'd be a belly material lumber anyway he took us down and got a situated and we bought a new washing machine and we're very happy My wife and I we bought it for my daughter.

Workers aren’t friendly, and my merchandise arrived broken

Stephanie was excellent to work with and extremely patient. She is very knowledgeable in her field and it’s obvious she has a lot of pride in what she does. She was put through some paces with design changes and different ideas, but she remained focused to provide the best service I have ever been met with. Please give her perfect employee review scores and an immediate pay raise/promotion.

The ladies at the returns desk are always great. Diane, Roe and Lisa are always very helpful and know what they're doing. Great job!

There are several Home Depot stores in my area The one in Holiday has the best selections and associates of all those available to me. I needed to purchase 7 appliances due to hurricane Helene. I couldn't have had a better experience than at the Holiday Home Depot. Recommended them to many of my friends and neighbors .

Forgot my wallet at home. Had a full cart of items to purchase. The cashier was new so she asked me to see the other one across the isle. She got me checked out and used my car registration to find my H.Depot card. Awesome !!

I shop here frequently, staff are always friendly and helpful. Stock I need is always available. Great job

The mgr in the mill area is absolutely amazing. The cashiers and return desk are awesome. Not much help out on the floor

I’ve been coming there for months now with all the problems that I have

First, I’d like to elaborate on my visit. Cary, Bre and Damian should all be recognized (in my humble opinion) for making my visit to the Holiday Home Depot exceptional. All three have gone above and beyond (On multiple occasions) what I would consider “ Doing their job”. All three are truly an asset to Home Depot and my experience would not have been possible without them. (All three did help me on this visit!). Great job to all three of you and my sincerest gratitude. Secondly, I wish Home Depot would make it easier to leave feedback. I had been wanting to leave POSITIVE feedback from previous experiences and could not until now. I have been to the Holiday Home Depot many many times and this is the first email for a survey I have gotten in a long time. This is unfortunate because a lot of who deserved to be recognized for thier efforts did not. It was explained to me by one of the managers, his name was Kieth, as to why this is and I can appreciate why Home Depot has made this change. I just wish it was not at the expense of good people going above and beyond. I know negative feedback probably reaches ears more often than positive feedback and that’s just a shame but that’s also why I’m writing this. I’m not an exceptionally kind man nor am I a bad man. I do consider myself to be an honest man and I treat people accordingly. Feedback is no exception. Thirdly, I suppose this is good problem to have considering I’m writing my desire to leave a positive review. My hope is that someone at Home Depot reads this and it strikes a chord, maybe two. I truly believe it’s wrong to deprive people of thier deserved, well earned recognition. I’ve always believed that Home Depot was a good company for a myriad of reasons. My hope is ya’ll give me another. Lastly, I would like to thank whoever may read this for your time and attention to this matter. Best home depot within 50 miles

It appears they have replaced all the traditional cashier checkout registers with the self-checkouts. I'm not your employee Home Depot, and you don't pay me to do my own checkout. I'll have you know I avoid any retail store that is self-checkout only. If you want people to do their own checkout, PROVIDE A DISCOUNT OR WE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..

I could have saved some time and effort if clopay had better documentation on what low overhead solutions are available. I did not know about “ Clopay's EZ-Set extension spring kit is for 7 ft.” until I had purchased a more expensive solution.

Purchase a $900 Bosch dishwasher from Pam. She was very hard to be around. Rude, unresponsive, not one smile or hint of anything other than disgust. She failed to include the Dishwasher Parts Kit & Adapter that I requested multiple times. I had a 10% discount that could’ve been used SMH. After the purchase she informed me of 10 required things I have to do, which I feel should have been informed before I paid!! Crap service.

Please commend your employees on their helpfulness especially the woman who helped find me a cart and the man who helped me find the correct lightbulbs.

I was over the 90-day return policy and they very happily exchanged a window for me that I was afraid I was not going to get any refund or anything very happy I was and the only reason I could not install the windows in time was because of all of the rain and Debbie and Helene and Milton so thank you the store is always stocked always clean and always friendly and they know where everything is it's my Home Depot

The young woman who helped me in the plumbing department was exceptionally good very professional and spent a great deal of time making sure my product was correct in order for me to complete my chore very impressed

I didn't know that contractors could get a discount until my salesperson Lance suggested it; then he got me enrolled in spite of the fact that the computer was not cooperating and we had to move to another one. Very patient guy!

When looking for an item I only have to ask and someone will not only tell me where it is, but show me. So helpful.

Whenever I am at this store, the employees are always friendly and helpful. Yesterday, I was there and told the manager that I had two great experiences. One was with Damien, who could tell I needed help but didn't make me feel stupid. Took his time and got me to where I needed to be. Then I was in the garden area and Rudra (sp?) was super helpful showing me options, helped with the measurements. Both men were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful

Good store if you know exactly what you want, where it is and want to checkout yourself.
