I purchased a new washer and dryer and Jeff at the Homer Glen store was very helpful, explained the differences, and was great to work with.

I needed 6xE12 light bulbs. I was directed to the right spot. More importantly the sales rep followed up and helped me search for the right light bulbs using his phone. Mission Accomplished

Everyone at the store went out of their way to help me find what I needed. They were so friendly.

I have been a Home Depot customer for years in this specific location and i always experience outstanding services from the staff. However, my recent visit yesterday tops it all and elevated my trust and confidence of the staff to another level in terms of professionalism and patience. My utmost gratitude to ANTHONY (Associate from the Flooring section) who went above and beyond of his call of duty to assist me to secure an extended interest free promotion as well as on the spot discounts on deliveries. Inspite of him being on HD for only 5 months, he exemplified unequalled competence and patience on his job. And he seems very happy on what he`s doing, very productive and result oriented. I will include him in my prayers that he will end up in management level. Special mention as well to Evan, Rebecca and Jamie for their assistance.

I looked up the product online, was given the location in the store where it was. Went in, found it, then checked out. Easy shopping experience. I will make sure to look up products that I need to purchase online again.

Our sales person, Kelly, was extremely knowledgeable of the products and services and highly efficient with the check out process.

The teen agers that actually run the store have no idea where the parts or the stock can be found. They are so very pleasant but have no clue where things are. I know this store better than the teen age people who work here. I still shop here because the only other choice is farther away.

The most terrible service ever. The blinds (for 20+ windows) was placed in July. I paid for the professional measurement and installation. Several parts were missing, some had a wrong measurement. They had to re-take measurements 3 times and 3 times order new parts. Finally, all blinds were installed on 12/20/24. Almost a half a year after the order was placed....

I have to have an employee come and unlock the tools I wish to purchase, total inconvenience!!!
