I would not recommend this store. We had terrible service from a cashier this morning. We asked a simple question and she started to talk smack about us to the next customer. How rude. I turned the corner and waited till she was done with the customer. She looked at me a lifted her shirt or apron to me pointing to her name and said I am Imelda. WOW! I approached her and asked, "are you having a bad day" she started to blabber on and I did not want to get into a confrontation so I left looking for a manager. No manager available to assist. I want to give a shout out to Casey who works in customer service that listened to my concerns and tried finding a manager for me but no one was available. If I had to rate this store it would be 0 stars.

A very busy store at most times. Often cluttered and short on some merchandise. But, location is convenient. Parking is adequate, but the covered lot is poorly lighted and very dark in mid-day.

They always have the stuff that I need for our home. Very affordable compared to the other store.

Great Store with helpful associates in the lumber department! Highly recommend over the competition!

I haven't been to Home Depot for a long time because: 1. I don't really care about these kinds of things... I leave it up to my husband to shop here. 2. I remember the service being junk if you even got any Since I'm in the midst of building my house, I have no choice but to shop this store. To my pleasant surprise, there were workers on the floor available to answer all of my questions, workers made eye contact, smiled and said "hi, can I help you with anything?", the selection was pretty good and available, and the cashier made a great final impression! If this is the way Home Depot is now, I definitely have no problem coming back :). Thank you for totally improving my experience! And there's covered parking!

Sam helped my wife and I out pick up items we ordered online. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone at the store was wearing a mask and they had sanitizers available to use at the counter.

The store is very people friendly and helpful. It's a good place to shop for things you need for home and business. I enjoy going there. We didn't need assistance.

I've always shopped at this store for materials and tools I've needed for renovation work. My last visit was by far the best in customer service, I had a problem with matching fan blade colors with existing fans, stopped 3 employees as they walked by and asked for help. They were amazing, talked with me about what I needed, each suggested a solution, walked me to an area where they took fan blades off another fan and problem solved. They each stayed with me the whole time and made sure I was happy with the end product...it wasn't until I was looking at names to thank them that I learned that the 3 were #1 Cory, Manager of store, #2 the Assistant Manager and #3 the Staff Manager, these people practice what they preach!!! Made me feel like they cared for me as a customer, that's the way it should be!!

Good store, but I would like to see more bougainvillea type plants for sale in the garden department. More colors and selection would be nice. I would also like to see the snack items expanded. Maybe offer some sandwiches etc. for people on the go.

What can I say. Their just so helpful. And if they can't help you, because it's not their expertise, they'll find someone who can.

The store has great supplies but not enough in stock. Some associates are great and some are not so. The us great, but can always be better as it progress in the community.

We've been coming to the Honolulu store several times a week due to our home renovation. While the service on the sales floor is normally consistent and helpful, our experience at the registers is always a hit or miss. Sometimes cashiers are friendly and helpful, and other times they're very rude and sometimes even ignore us when we're waiting in line. The few times we've received assitance at the registers, it's usually vague and not very helpful.

This store feels really cluttered. We usually never shop at this store for this reason. We usually enjoy the pearl city store alot better than this location, as it does not ever feel so cluttered. I also feel as if this store is always either short staffed with the amount of customers it usually has. it is always so hard to find someone to help me. Then there are other times, i can feel that some employees just want to avoid customers. I see alot of them standing around and not doing much. The self checkout is great tho.

Check out process is slow and not well managed. Line I was in, closed when we got to the front, cashier just announced, "I'm closed" and then left. The 3 of us in line just had to find another line and wait some more. Other than this bad ending, the store itself is fine, has lots of stuff and the employees are available and willing to help.

In these days of extreme lockdown and uncertainty in Hawaii, I was blessed to shop in our safe and familiar Iwalei store. Mahalo.

I shop at this store because of Jessica. Every time the environment is great. When I leave there I feel I was treated like a VIP. Everyone would like to go shopping where workers are friendly and happy.
