I wanted an exterior door that was up near the ceiling. Geneva and Matt got down a huge pallet of doors, then had to move about 11 doors on top of the one I wanted. They were cheerful and efficient

Came to the store and saw none in stock i saw Shantel and ask her a question. She went above and beyond and ask the manager if can buy the display item. She was very helpful and made my shopping easier. Jonathan, Andrew and Goldwyn helped me out and load the item. I appreciate the team and definitely going back to this store!

This store had the Stanley TE550Z electric stapler/nail gun that I needed & the employees especially Bryson in Mill Works Dept helped me test the gun to ensure it worked with other brand nails & staples... It worked great..!

We purchased an item and went to the Honolulu Store to pick it up. Every employee that helped us (the person at the customer service center, the employees who helped us load our item to our truck, the employee who passed me by outside to ask if I needed help, and especially to Josh who is the lead of the customer service center) was extremely helpful, courteous, and accommodating. It’s not always that you get this kind of service, so we appreciate and thank all of you for making our experience an excellent one. Thank you Josh for all your help, you made all the difference!

Terrible customer service with marked up prices from online. The honolulu location marks up the price and will not match the online price. Only come to this store if you want zero service. The manager and staff are stupid and useless.

Ashley at Honolulu is crushing it in the customer service game! After a 60 work week; at 6am , absolutely changed my day for the better! So helpful and hilarious! Very rare this “Gem” of an employee. It’s what make this store my favorite to go to! I can get stuff cheaper online; but the employees friendliness and knowledge is irreplaceable.

I needed help in the plumbing section and while two employees tried to assist me but could not quite provide the right answer or assistance, they both went out of their way to find an employee who could. The cashier was excellent and very friendly. Nice to be helped by employees like that.

MY STORE IS PEARL CITY. IT IS NOT AS CROWDED AS HONOLULU, AND THERFORE THEY DO NOT RUN OUT OF SUPPLIES AS OFTEN AS HONLULU. AND PARKING IS A CHORE. PEARL CITY HOME DEPOT IS GREAT

Had a bad experience at Home Depot in the check out process until Derrick, who was attentive and aware, noticed the situation and immediately jumped in and addressed it, apologized and provided resolution and then rectified the situation. Derrick provided TOP-CLASS customer service. He turned a bad shopping experience into a good one and is the sole reason I will return. Thank you Derrick, I truly appreciate you and all you did for me today. I would hire Derrick in a heart beat. Top-class service provided by a top-class individual. Thank you Derrick, these five stars are for you!

Tiarra was veery nice at the register and noticed that the item I had in my cart was damaged. She took the time to open and inspect all the contents in the box and sent another employee to go get us another box. To my surprise that employee was also very attentive and happy to help us. Overall throughout my 45 minutes of walking around the store all employees were help and happy to assist my family and I.

Dhalia's service was above and beyond my expectations. She was passionate about her job and I felt she really care about her clients.

I have been a customer, both as a property mgr and home owner, of HD for 25+ years. I have also been a retail mgr of a large dept store for a couple of decades and believe that sales associates who go above and beyond required services should be acknowledged. I would like to acknowledge Brooke Bosque at the Pro desk and Steve (?) in Home Appliances (refrigerators). Both associates have provided exceptional service with our needs and have taken additional time and energy researching additional products that we could consider before making our final purchases. I thank them for their courtesy, knowledge and professionalism in their respective departments and hope that Home Depot does the same. Great sales associates such as Brooke and Steve add value to the store experience.

Lithium recharge batteries are super expensive here. About 2-3 times more expensive than the mainland. I know it’s a shipping issue to ship to Hawaii however, taking advantage of Hawaii residents in an already expensive state is just wrong.

When working on various home improvement projects, Home Depot is my first stop to get the supplies and materials needed to complete the project. Sales Associates are knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend checking out Home Depot first before going anywhere else.

I worked with Lisa B. in the cabinet department on my kitchen cabinet remodel. The assistance provided by Lisa was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and shared information in a manor that was direct and easy to understand. She was easy to work with and every step/ and modification to my design she found a way to make it work. Her feedback was always helpful and appropriate. I didn't feel pressured at any point to purchase something that wasn't right for my project. I'd definitely work with her again. Mahalo!
