Bought a grill, sale price was not honored because they said it was expired, even though the sign was on it. Associate proceeded to leave the sale price sign on the remaining items. All boxes were damaged. Got it home and it is all scratched and dented.

I am not new to Home Depot, although I am new to their credit card. The experience with the young lady at customer service in Hudson was beyond unacceptable. I was trying to make a $3200 purchase and she combative, rude and unwilling to help. Again I'm trying to purchase something at their store. I was told that if anything that I was asking was not on the screen in front of here too bad that's the way it is. I had questions about the credit card I just got and she kept repeating that she can’t do or answer anything that is not on the screen in front of her. When I asked for her manager she said I needed to stand in the other line and wait. I asked if she could bring him to me she said she was done helping me and to step aside for people behind me. I reluctantly got out of line and called the Credit Card company, they answered my questions and conformed the store should have been able to help me. I went back to the manager’s line and he was able to help me complete this purchase also agreeing with the card company this could have been handled at the store. I am now basically just over an hour and a half on this purchase at the store where I knew exactly what I wanted and just needed to pick up. When I got out to the yard to load the garden tractor, the bag for the manuals was open and the were sitting in a bag of rain water (See Picture). The people helping me load it went to look for another set and came back empty handed. They offered to print it out of the internet if I was willing to wait. At this point I told them I just want to go home and end this experience. They apologized and left me. Why would they not offer to get me a new set of manuals (what I purchased)? I’m not sure if I need to contact Cub Cadet or what at this point?? If you are wondering why I still made this purchase its because of the time into getting the card, having over 2 hour in just travel, and it was the exact garden tractor we wanted. The only reason it was 2 stars is because someone in the sore greeted us and helped and the service manager completed my purchase.

Over the Memorial Day sales event I ordered new Anderson windows and the experience was great! In the past the software seemed difficult to pick out windows and the process was slow and not great. But not sure if they changed something but this last order was smooth and only took about an hour to order 7 different windows. Glad they improved the process.

Online water softener order - only received one part of the system. Had to chat with representative. Evidently they didn’t send the entire unit. Now waiting again with a promised delivery date. Hasn’t even been given to fedex yet. Will have to reschedule installation again!!!! RIDICULOUS

I bought many small items (Lutron wall plates) and had to ring them up piece by piece and the staff was very friendly and courteous while this was all going on. Even though there was a meeting going on, the staff made sure i was taken care of.

Order placed 12/324 for the delivery and installation of 2 doors and storm door. It is 4/11/25 and the installation project is still incomplete. Consistent wrong orders have laced with supplier. Errors go unnoticed until installation attempts. Thus stopping the entire project so replacement could be ordered and delivered AGAIN. Cycle then repeats.

I bought 11 sheet of tempered hardboard. I eventually found someone to help me get an undamaged load of hardboard down from the speed racking. Took at least 20 minutes. Then at check-out I specifically asked for help loading since I had heart surgery mid-Dec. I pulled my truck and trailer around. No help. I waited a bit. No help. I loaded all 11 sheets by myself. No help. I returned the cart and sarcastically thanked the cashier and the two people sitting there typing on their keyboards for their "help". And left. Will not be back.

Tough time buying carpet here. Couple of things you need to be aware of. Make sure you understand availability of either 12’ or 15’ rolls for then carpet you like. The measurement tech will assume the carpet only comes in 12’ widths. In my situation, if I had not questioned the sq ft calculated including ALOT of waste for a square 13x13 room, I would have paid hundreds of dollars more just to throw out this excess carpet. Once I told him the carpet came in 15’ width, the numbers came down. The other concern here is carpet padding. Carpet pad can be cut and pieced in as needed. The software Home Depot uses automatically sizes the carpet pad sq ft to match the carpet sq ft. Once again, you’re paying to throw materials away. My credit to the store employees to help me get some discounts for this waste, only after spending 30 minutes on the phone at the store with the division that handles measurements and estimates. That division of Home Depot just could not understand the shortfall with their system. In addition, the estimate developed at the store was a different price than the estimate developed by the measurement services department. About $50 dollars less at the store. It was a mess getting the lesser of the two prices. All in all, we probably spent 90 minutes at the store getting this straightened out.Once again, the store staff bent over backwards to get this resolved, but holy cow…

I moved recently to Wisconsin and although have to travel a little distance to the closest Home Depot, they did not let me down. The staff was great and helped with my needs. My delivery driver, Mauricio was the best. No damage and delivered the product with expert care. Can't say enough. Thanks Home Depot.

The Hudson store is Fantastic! Employees are Welcoming and Friendly!

I regularly shop Home Depot because they offer Makita tools, but I left without the sanding belts and disks I needed because their assortment to not match my needs. Their team is wonderful.

had to go through 2 people before i could find someone who spoke English, but that employee could not help. only person who knew anything didn't speak English and had to have a translator !

I stopped in to buy a carpet and was greeted by Cody. Cody was awesome he was very patient and willing to help me. He searched hi and low until we found the perfect carpet. He answered all my crazy questions. Thank you so much Cody!

Brought 20 bags of rock and customer service was great! They loaded it up for us,my husband had back surgery and I certainly couldn't lift them and Ari and Keely were great in getting them loaded for us!!

Don't frequent this store much, just luck I guess, but the associates ALWAYS seem, disinterested, cold, and act as if they'd rather be somewhere else. They need lessons from quick trip emplorees.

Best Home Depot I’ve ever been to. Staff at the Hudson location are so dang friendly and helpful. Specifically, Steve and Gary went above and beyond to help and answer all of my questions related to a project I’ve been extremely anxious about. Highly recommend.

We used Home Depot for our kitchen design and ordering. I liked the fact that you could make an appointment with someone instead of hoping to find a random person to help you out.

As a new homeowner of an old family farmhouse we are deep in remodeling and needed many items for our projects. Jeremy was excellent and assisted us with adding on to our battery run tools. His product knowledge was outstanding and in the end we went home with more than we expected but will make our projects go more smoothly. This location offered great products and fabulous service! We look forward to our next visit.

My outdoor cushions were outdated. I looked everywhere fir tge right size but no one had them except Home Depot. Tamika looked at the picture on my phone and walked straight to what I needed. What a great experiemce.
