Always find associates that are happy and also have a sense of humor with a wiliness to help at some stores its a rarity

Jeff R in the appliance dept. was very helpful--both on the phone prior to my visit, and during my store visit.

I was trying to find a hardware item and 2 clerks tried to help me but I did not find what I needed. I was pleased with the plants and also paint stain for our deck - bought 4 cans.

always clean, isles always have easy access, sales people friendly always ask if they can assist you--nice store

I KNEW WHAT I NEEDED AND WHERE TO GET IT FROM PREVIOUS VISITS

You know ,its nice to have store help actually look for you to come in, ask ahead of time to help you and not look for a hidy-hole and avoid you as in some of your competitors . Your products are of quality. I would like to see a more vast selection of lumber.

Associates are sometimes abrasive. Products are well laid out in the store, and easy to purchase/haul.

Easy to fine product, helpful employee, and fairly easy checkout. Always stop at this store as it is the closest to where I live and helpful and knowledgeable employees.

Every time I come to this store I am more and more pleased. I think every store could learn something from the people that work at this Home Depot about customer service!

I make a visit on occasion and every Spring season for Lawn and Garden items. I found everything I needed and more. When I did have trouble finding a particular lawn seed, I had great service and they were able to locate for me. Friendly associates all around.

Everything about our visit to this store was great. Every item we were looking for was in stock and reasonably priced. We were on motorcycles, so we had to limit our purchases to smaller items that could be placed in the saddlebags. Associates were very helpful. Saw some items we will have to go back for too. This is the closest Home Depot to where we live. (60 miles away) We wish that here was a Home Depot Store closer to Eau Claire.

I have only been in a Home Depot twice, but the friendliest and the helpfulness of the associates were big reasons why I came back, and will keep coming back in the future. I love how they took me from department to department since I did not know the layout of the store. They were also very knowledgeable. Great work, associates! Also, I love the talking with the gal at the checkout with the Hair Art! She should stick with her plan to go teal, pink, and purple! :)

I planned to make a quick stop to pick up a new drill and bits to replace my worn out one. I initially thought I would just grab a cheap one but asked an associate his opinion and after a brief but very informed discussion I went with Rigid because of the value and lifetime warrantee.

Happy with Behr paint for my deck. The garage svc. door was in stock and all the materials needed to install it.

I purchased a major appliance and the salesman was extremely helpful in asking questions to make sure if would fit in my space and explaining everything including the delivery. I was very pleased with Steve.

I was Impress the helpfulness of the store associate. The associate made sure that I received the help to receive a smooth transition in customer service for the right product that I purchase for next day pick up.

i'm from out of town and had some things i needed back home so i stopped in to the depot since its across the street from my hotel .I wish my local store had the employees from this store .

Although the internet ,that day, showed stock of 18 De Walt drills, there were none in the store when I arrived. The store associate looked high and low for additional drills without succeess. The manager, Mark came by and confirmed that they were sold out. However, he said there was a display model left and I could buy it. I was hesitant, not knowing what shoppers might have done to the display model while looking at it. Mark , then made me an offer on the drill which was more than fair. Mark made the sale,and i recieved the drill i so wanted to have. To make it even better, I bought a protection plan to cover my thoughts of mishandling while the drill was on display. Thank you Mark and the other store personnel that helped me. Doug Last

Shopping at this Depot is always a great experience. The staff is helpful and alleys available to help me find what I am looking fo.

I was in the paint depth and needed 2 cans of stain color mixed and a associate from another dept. Saw me standing there at the counter and told me this was not his dept but would find someone to help me. He had difficulty finding someone from the paint depth. He kept coming by checking on me until he found someone

Just water your plants more, but your employees are always helpful.

We were having troubles getting a coupon to work on an online order, so we went into the store for assistance...after 30 minutes on the phone, our sales associate Lisa placed our entire order of 16 pieces and was able to make our coupon work. Thank you, Lisa!

We purchased a refrigerator on April 22, 2015 and had an excellent experience with the Hudson, WI Home Depot. Steve was very thorough on explaining everything about the Kitchen Aid Refrigerator that we bought. Steve set up the delivery to our home with a quick delivery. The delivery was on time and very respectful of our home. I would recommend Home Depot for your next purchase.

The store had just the product that I was looking for and the gentleman at the self-checkout was very pleasant and helpful....

Extremely helpful people at the service desk. Took all the time needed to help us purchase the glider we wanted and then brought out to the parking lot and loaded it in our minivan.
