My shopping experience was very good. Everyone was available and helpful. From the greeter to the two associates who helped me I couldn't have been happier. The answer to all my requests were "Yes" what could be better? The store is nice and clean and had many of the items I was looking for.

No negatives --great customer service and products were well displayed.

I think Home Depot has very excellent quality products and that is reason enough to patronize the Home Depot.

Trying to get Frank to make 4 cuts in a sheet of plywood was very frustrating. He would not do it until I threatened to talk to a manager. He was very uncooperative every step of the way. This time when I went in, I knew for sure that they were supposed to make these cuts for customers. I had tried to get this done a couple of weeks earlier and I was refused by a different employee. I communicated with someone from corporate and I got confirmation that they were supposed to do it so I did not back down this time. A person should not have to fight to get something simple done.

THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN EVERYONE WAS HELPFUL THE CASHIER WAS VERY KIND AND NICE. THE STORE IT SELF IS IN A GOOD LOCATION. THE OUSIDE OF THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN AS FOR THE INSIDE. THE REST ROOM WAS ALSO CLEAN. WOULD LIKE TO LET YOU KNOW HOW HELPFUL THE CASHIER WAS HER NAME RISA RCS4049. WILL BE COMING BACK AGAIN.

The store personnel are extremely honest and pleasant. I left my wallet with a substantial amount of cash inside. It was returned to me undisturbed.

I was looking for a large type tool box, upon walking through this store several times I was asked by 5 different associates if I needed assistance, and the associates were very friendly as well as professional, after purchasing the tool box I neefed help loading it, which the cashier paged someone who attended to this in a timely manner. 5stars to this store all around☆☆☆☆☆

i was glad the lady who helped me was real knowledgable about everything i asked. she acted like i was not a bother and acted glad to help me. she surprised me when she walked me out to truck to help me load a water heater without me asking. i believe her name was deb and i think she mentioned she was from flatwoods.

Ask three different associates where an item listed in your sale paper was located. Got two answers that they did not know what I was talking about and the third associate told me to go inside store to look for Hydrangeas. I told him that they would not be inside the store. Finally found them on end cap and bought two but not from any help from anyone working there. Seasonal help can do a lot of damage if they do not try to learn anything about the area they are working in. I made a special trip to purchase these and picked up five more plants while I was there. What will happen next weekend when it is Mothers Day and these clueless people just walk around. No one offered to help out with plants.
