The employee in the garden center, who checked us out, was unhelpful, and rude. When asked a question about a sale item, we were told; “I don’t know, you’ll have to find an ad and look”.

Eric in the plumbing department made my water line repaír nightmare so much easier! You just don't find customer service like this young man gives anymore! He is definitely an asset to the company!

Awesome service

LeeAndrea, manager of the appliance department, went above and beyond to help be find and order a freezer. Hard to find right now, but she pulled it off !! We have a beef coming in August and simply could NOT find a freezer. She researched, found, ordered, and took my credit card info over the phone without me having to make the 45 minute drive to the store. THANK YOU LeeAndrea!!

Great prices and customer service

Most professional and helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. I got everything I needed. Had help finding it and loading it. Great shopping experience.

After waiting over an hour for bricks for a retaining wall, the bricks that I had already purchased were given to another individual who showed up at least 30 minutes after I did. Poor customer service deemed it to be a “mistake” but clearly inventory is not being kept up on the computer system as it should be.

I have shopped at this store for many years, but this was my first time buying an item I had to have delivered. The purchase process went without a hitch. The problem was the delivery or lack of delivery in this case, along with excuses why the delivery was not made on it's initial date, then waiting a week to sit at home all day for their 6am to 8pm delivery window with not so much as any communication from them on either day. I went to speak to the manager, but was told she was on vacation and the cashier did not suggest anyone else. I decided to just cancel the order and get a refund. The cashier didn't even ask why I was cancelling the order and didn't know how to handle the transaction, making me wait until someone came in that finally figured out how to the refund while she took care of three other returns. Even after finding out why I had decided to cancel my purchase, the lack of concern by both employees made me believe this is not an isolated incident. I will most likely still make purchases here but only if it is something I can find myself and walk out with after purchase.

Every manager at this store was extremely helpful with completing my purchase.

The store is very organized and clean. The customer service is outstanding. Everyone is wearing a mask due to the covid-19 and they practice safe distancing along with sanitizing everything. But I did noticed that the store was really busy despite the limited customers allowed in the store and everyone seemed to need some kind of an employee assistance. So almost all employees were busy with some one. I even had to wait. But it is not the employees fault they are busy and there are a lot of needy people. I was ok to wait because the customer service from Sam was worth it. I will always shop here before shopping anywhere else for all my project needs.

I told Makiah today that my husband and I had read the email from Home Depot about the benefits they were going to make sure their employees receive during this unsure time of this virus and we want the corporation to know this makes us want to do business with this company even more! Horrible and embarrassing experience yesterday being told they wouldn't honor the 10% Military/Disabled Veterans discount with the documents and identification I had. Shame on you!!

I ordered an area rug. It came in the wrong packaging and the wrong size. I contacted online Customer service. They told me to return to the nearest Home Depot store. The nearest one near me is one hour away. I asked to be compensated since I was sent the wrong size and they said to ask for the store manager and they could give me a coupon or something. When the Cashier contacted the store manager, he said there was nothing he could do for me since it was an online order. I think they could’ve been more generous to their customers. It was a big run around. Unsatisfied customer.

Poor service

This is hands down the best home improvement store in the Tri state area. Friendly courteous service and very knowledgeable employees.

Very helpful staff.. I dealt with Wes and Sam in selecting blinds for our house and cut it them to size. They were very friendly and professional.

The best customer service I have ever received at a Home Improvement Store. Lumber is top quality. I like that the garden center area is most often open for stone and other purchases.

Overall not a bad store. Certainly has an impressive inventory. I would rate the service "fair." However, the quality of the lumber is often poor. Many pieces have defects such as severe warping, and an excessive number of knots. Also, it frequently isn't shaped quite right because of poor quality control at the sawmill. For example, corners that are supposed to be square aren't , and surfaces that are supposed to be flat and relatively smooth, have deep gashes from the saw blade or are wavy.

I love using my computer to create my list of things I need. Then when at the store I can use the android app to go right where the products on my list are. Makes it all quick and easy.

I just wanted to say y’all have a very respectful gentleman I believe his name is Dutch he was at the service desk by himself and he was able to get the line moving pretty fast even while having a difficult customer that was very rude he went beyond and above even though the lady was pretty rude I told him I would give him a good rating because he deserves it !!!

I just wanted to say kudos do the young man Dutch at the customer service desk he had a very Difficult customer and I swear he stayed professional not once showed any hint of aggravation no matter how many times the lady kept messing up and not understanding I told him I would definitely give him a good score and do a survey on him he was very polite and quick to help me THANK YOU !!!!

I was having trouble using the self check out I believe his name was Dutch he came and helped me use the machine because it kept showing up error which he walked me thru the process and he was very polite and friendly I will definitely be back to shop again

This store is much cleaner than the South Point Lowes
