IT WAS EASY TO FIND THE PRODUCTS I WAS LOOKING FOR

Always clean and well stocked with everything I need. Very knowledgeable associates.

Sales associates are trained properly in the product they are selling. Customer Service associates offer an extended warranty, but fail to mention certain attachments to you appliance must be purchased seperatley. Delivery men do not have the proper tools or taining to complete the proper instalation of you purchase.

While at the store, I left my lights on in my vehicle and my battery died, the manage and a sakes associate were very helpful.

Nothing wrong with store or associates, apparently the problem lies with Corp. I purchased some laminate flooring a few months back. As I do this on days off and Sunday's it's a drawn out project. On the 12 different occasions I went back to purchase more (each time the website showed it to be in stock) it was not in stock. I was told I could order online and have delivered to my home. I can't do that because I really never know when I'll be home, long enough to wait for a delivery that is. So I ended up driving 30 miles to your next closest store to get what I needed. I live about 1 mile from my local store, so it's kind of inconvenient to make that trip just because you can't seem to get this product to this particular location. If I hadn't already started the project with this brand and style of laminate, and I had to drive to Conroe anyway I'd probably just go to Lowes.

Easy to find everything I need and always has everything I need.

Store is well organized and the employees are very helpful. While we were not able to locate the exact product we were looking for we were able to find something similar.

The Huntsville Home Depot continues to be top shelf, with friendly associates, and stocked shelves. I have shopped many other home improvement stores and the Huntsville Home Depot makes you feel like you are home.

My only problem was not finding some plants I needed, but it is November so was expected. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

About 2 years after we purchased 23 replacement windows for our house built in1943 , and installed them ourselves: we were standing at the cash register and overheard a man ask for his "military discount". OMG! We had spent about $16,000 on our windows and never once did the salesperson mention the 10% discount during our consultation and ordering process! We are retired military after serving 20 PLUS years in the US ARMY. What an absolute disappointment. We have spent the last 6 years working on our house and all purchases come from the Huntsville, TX store. All i can say now is that we request our "military discount" for every single purchase no matter how big or small.

Always able to get the help I need if an associate doesn't know they get me someone who does and has the product knowledge to help. The only downfall is I always find new things I want.

Always has ttems to be stocked blocking asles,store associates are always busy talking to each other and when you can ask them about a location you got off line,they act like you don't know how to read location or SKU's.....

I am a 66 year old female with a project to complete. The associate that assisted me finding everything I needed was extremely helpful. He even drew me a picture so that I built it properly.

When we finally found an associate he was not very helpful. He pointed us in the direction. Then while we were finding the location he appeared with another associate and theynwere BSing.

I had just had knee surgery and went in for two bags of charcoal, I asked a employee for assistance and I was told they were to busy with the store audit, so I was left to do this alone. Every times have ever went to this store, I have had bad experiences.

The story was cluttered and I received no help loadi 3 window units from a high shelf. There were 3 associates watching me but none of them offered any help
