Don Stuber was extremely helpful in helping us choose our new refrigerator. He went online to compare prices with competitors to make sure we were able to buy at the best price. His knowledge about refrigerators and stoves made us confident in buying from Home Depot.

The employees are always willing to help, and often guide me in the right direction of not only the items I need, but towards savings as well. If I am looking at an item that is too expensive for the type of project I am doing, someone is always willing to help me save some money.

The pro desk is fully staffed and extremely a knowledgable I tell my customers to go to the pro desk and tell them I sent you there and very time my customers tell me how great their experience was

The associate at the paint shop made my visit a learning experience

An associate in Lumber named Jason wss awesome!He came to me asking me if i needed help,very knowledgeable and i felt very comfortable with him so i probably asked to many questions but he always answered and very nice!

This store always has what I need. There is an associate around every corner offering to help me. It is the only home improvement store I visit.

Went here since it is the closest home depot to my house, but still a 30 minute drive. Overall it was a decent experience. I was very quickly able to find everything that I needed.

The store was dirty very cluttered fork lift blocking cash register just left there parked sales cashier had to call someone to try and get it moved i think they told her he was on lunch, had returns sales person page someone for me to saw in lumber no one came had to walk threw middle of store till i found someone so i could get help, but in fairness when i finally hunted down a floor person they were very helpful and cut my lumber for me.

It is a fun shopping experience at this partcular store and usually meet one or two people that I know around the neighborhood .

When I could not find an item, someone with in the store always located it at another store and called and put a hold on that item for me. My wife and I love the hurstbourne store

8 swings were up on high shelf in lieu of floor. We had to wait while a man got a fork-lift and go up to get them down so we could purchase one. Your other stores had already done a clearance of these swings. If they go on sale between now and the end of the 60-day after-sale period, we want a refund of the difference.

We have done flooring, painting and tile work over the years with quite impressive results thanks to the help we have received from Home Depot associates.
