Great selection, even for "rare" faucet parts.

I was in and out in 10 minutes. Home depot associates helped me find what i needed. And the checkout process was quick as well.

Terrible customer service by employee's with salt bag and the limit. No assistance at all and manager was terrible letting one customer buy all salt bags on the pallet and no other customer's could get in this emergency weather.

The store is always clean & neatly stocked. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Check out is always quick. Thanks!

Our Design Specialist was awesome! Amy Mivelaz is such a dedicated, thorough, personable person! She is an excellent employee putting her customers' needs first and follows up immediately on any questions/problems that arise. Her professionalism and love for her position at Home Depot shines! She is such an asset to Home Depot. She does need her own space amid such a busy, LOUD area. It would also better experience for her customers.

I've always had great service here. Lots of selection and a huge tool dept. Just what I needed!

I feel so lost when I go into a hardware store as big as home Depot. the staff was very helpful in finding me what I needed and actually walking me directly to the site so I didn't wander all over the store. Very friendly and helpful. I'll be back soon.

Everyone at the store that work there was extremely helpful in helping me find what I needed I will definitely return to the store to shop again. I come to the store quite often to shop for things that I need for work as well as my home. It is a great place to shop everyone is helpful for the most part When I need help to find something. Which rarely do I need help because everything is placed in the isle they tell you to look in and I usually don’t need help finding anything.

Lindsay took care of my issues with damaged merchandise very efficiently. She focused only on me while I was there. I appreciated that she not only handled the intake, but she went the extra mile to reorder everything for me and provided a discount when I did not expect it. I highly recommend this store. They treat their customers well.

Call to verify quantity of what you need before you go! Website and other Home Depot stores tell you to go to specific stores because "they" have panels in stock. Twice in 3 days have I driven 40 plus minutes ( I live in Indiana) to 2 different Louisville HD stores. West Port Rd "49 in stock" NONE in store. Hurstbourne Pkwy "24 in stock" ONE in the store.

Please give Teresa at service desk credit for taking the problem to the manager that nite and he o Ky offered to take a $100.00 for my 2 hr wait when I had called at 3:49 talked to service desk to have stuff ready for pickup at 5:30-6 and we got there at 6 and it wasn’t even ready and we finally left around 8 pm that’s how long it took fir them to get it and it was a cluster f with people acting like they did not know what to do or where it was at.... this is the 3rd time this has happened and sometimes twice they found 2 of my orders in a compartment behind service desk 2 months later I didn’t even know because I had not open my boxes yet to put doors up and they had the hardware with the doors

I was shopping for a new appliance and the gentleman working there really took the time to show me and my wife appliances. He mentioned to be on the lookout for Black Friday Deals which we did and thus saved us almost 30%. This store is also very good on there housekeeping and keepinf aisles accessible

Had to wait to get assistance in the flooring department. Charles was very knowledgeable. Had room measured for carpet. Mark was great! When we got the quote, the person preparing the quote didn't do it correctly and was trying to order too much carpet. My husband called the toll free customer service line. The lady helping his was great, but was unable to get the system to change the order to the correct dimensions of carpet and complete the order. She had to send it to be repriced. Still waiting!!!!!

No customer service let alone a human to check you out (with the large items we purchased.........

I love shopping at this store! I only wish Home Depot had a store closer to my home in Shelbyville, Ky. and not so far away. I would shop there on a regular basis.

For more than 20yrs this store has been our family's neighbor. Whenever we needed appliances, home improvement materials, lawn and garden supplies...we went to #2301. They were near, their staff helpful and their products dependable. We wish them :Ad multos annos!

The store was clean and easy to get around. - The paint color system is off at this location. The last 2 times I have bought a mixed paint color, they were way off so now I go to a different store location where I get the color I ask for the first time. - The other thing that bothers me is if I want something specific I can get it if I order it online and wait for it to come in or I can go to Lowe’s and purchase it because they usually have it in-store.

Lindsey at the Customer Service desk was extremely helpful. She has a great understanding of the store functions and getting the job done!
