I went in too buy some plants for my new home and this lady that assisted me was so friendly and helpful that she made my experience there so pleasurable and just made my day!!

Every thing was easy to find and access. Didn't have any problem checking out.

The store has been cleaned up and organized. Everything I was looking for was in it's appropriate aisle. I hope this continues to be.

All the store associates were very helpful. But I needed a piece of plywood cut in two and wait more then 20 minutes for a trained associate on the saws to be available.

We went looking for outdoor carpeting. We were very pleased with ease of use of the store, options available, and assistance from all associates we encountered. Our needs were met and taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to visit this store again for further home needs.

Floor associates, thank you for being available to help with the wiring that, first of all was too high to reach, and second, had to be measured and rewound. Thank you Lottie, for being such a friendly cash register attendant. You all go above and beyond! We price compared with other places in town and Home Depot had the best prices hands down!

I received help immediately from two friendly, courteous imployees. They answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions but did not try to talk me into something I did not want. They helped with the checkout and loaded the items for me. As I am seventy seven years old, these things were very important to me. It is so nice to leave a store feeling like you have had a pleasant experience, knowing you will come back to this store in the future!

Found item I was looking for and it was on sale, plus found out Military ID gets me 10% discount on all items purchased.

I came in wanting to do a gardening project that I had never done before. I had a few questions and the associate was able to answer my questions plus offered suggestions that I hadn't thought about. I purchased the things that she suggested and my project came out great. I am extremely satisfied!

Lately I have done a lot of business with the Hutchinson store anywhere from buying and ordering a Tuff Shed to buying deck stain and the items needed to apply that. Everyone was a big help and seemed to know exactly what I needed. Thanks to the associates.

Myself and my son went to Home Depot to get the materials to build his deck. They had everything we needed and the wood is of excellent quality. We were asked if we needed any help. We had no trouble at all finding everything we needed for his deck at great prices. I will continue shopping at Home Depot for all my building needs.

If you know what you want and don't need assistance, this is the store for you but if you need specialized assistance or have questions about an installation, you're better off looking it up online and probably even purchasing it there too.

Purchasing paint was a pleasure. The associate was very helpful and professional as he listened and accurately completed my order.

I usually have questions and if the associate helping me doesn't know the answer they find someone who does. Associates offering to help is the main reason I shop here. Great tool selection is another.

I took my wife the day before to pick out a new door. She chose what she wanted plus the hardware. The door was up high. I asked an associate if he could have it down and ready for me to pick up this day. he said yes. When I got to store everything was ready and waiting. My wife is happy therefore I am also happy.

The only problem I have with Home Depot is the horrible checkout "counters". No place to set your purchases, no place to put your purse, no place to write a check. Simply awful and annoying. Not all of us want to haul around a cart for a couple of small purchases. The hand baskets are even worse, especially if you're carrying a purse...we need at least one free hand to look at the items you are expecting us to buy. You might consider catering a little more to women these days since I see just as many women in your store as I do men!

I returned a submersible pump that went out after 2 1/2 years. It had a 3 year warranty and Home Depot made good and replaced it with a new one.

I was very impressed with the assistance I received. i had questions about appliances, building materials, and landscaping. Michael stayed with me through all these departments answering questions along the way or finding someone who was more knowledgable. I did not feel as though he was pressing me to buy products, just giving me the information I needed to make a wise decision.

I am pleased with my store experience. The associates appeared eager to assist as needed. The price of the items purchased were reasonable.

Every Spring I visit the Home Depot in Hutchinson to get all of my tools and plants for my garden. The employees are always so helpful and always direct me towards the BEST deals!

I had about 25 minutes to go pick out a dishwasher and buy it. I had previously looked on the home depot website and i knew that i wanted a stainless steel and what silverware basket i wanted to this drastically narrowed the selection down. The store associate was really helpful and patient as i opened all the doors and then walked around comparing handles so that it would match my other appliances. She helped me to get it ordered and delivered and then also walked me up front to make sure that all the questions i had asked about using my card and discounts were utilized during check out!
