Good, clean store

The store was clean and well stocked but had nothing but self checkouts. When I asked bout the checkouts all being self service the lady was more than rude.

Thank you Home Depot & Jim!! I called the store to see if they had battery for a fob/key replacement. They directed me to the electronics and Jim answered and assured me that could help me. I went the store found Jim. He was so kind & patient and opened my fob, found the size of the battery and replaced for me!! I am so grateful for Jim!!! Awesome guy Store!!

Everyone is friendly and willing to help and patient with my lack of knowledge.

I like Home Depot better than any other home improvement store. By far they have the best customer service no matter what state I am in.

Home Depot is an awesome place to shop! I especially love there lawn and garden department in the spring time!

All employees are very friendly and knowledgeable of products. Willing to help customers with what ever the need. With a project I'm not sure of I can count on getting the help or ideas from someone in the in store That's a big help sometimes for me. The store is always clean shelves always stocked. Everybody is always very positive and pleasant. I don't think I have ever had a bad experience there.

once again I had a wonderful experience at the store in Hutchinson. Ofelia and red were wonderful, helped me find what I needed for my home project, with a big smile on their face, and pep in their step. Most if not all the products are close to lowes, and even if they weren't the personal service I get is worth the extra money. I appreciate you all.

I had an awesome experience tonight at this store. I would suggest anyone that wants a pick me up, or just someone that knows their way around the store, Ask for Ofelia or Maureen. These two women were great. I have never had a "bad" experience, but these two women made it a great experience. Way to go HomeDepo for hiring these two champ.

Most employees were rude and acted as if a customer was an inconvenience.

Kindness to everyone, goes over the top to make sure your questions are all met. Very special people .

Staff at this store is very knowledgeable on their products. If you don’t know I recommend that you ask one of the associates in that department

Just a regular visit today didn't really need anything special. If I do have questions or need help there's always a friendly employee around to help. I will say their website is weird and annoying for me to use I get frustrated with it quickly.

Best help in the town for my questions or issues

The associates knew about the items they were in charge of, and were willing to help you find any other areas that you also want to check out.

We purchased our house paint at Home Depot and bought Behr brand. The clerk was very helpful and helped us with color choices. We chose a color that had to be mixed, the clerk's were very good and very knowledgeable, the colors were mixed perfectly. I like the way the store is organized, and the isles are marked clearly.

Excellent service every time we go!

We enjoyed such excellent customer service from several employees while shopping on a Sunday morning...one gentleman, Tim, in flooring made our trip especially positive. He went out of his way to assist, was friendly, and full of positive energy. Made all the difference today!
