This store has fantastic employees. Erichia helped me find a very hard to find can of expanding foam sealer. My Cashier, Travis, explained some tips on using the sealer as he quickly processed my payment at the checkout counter.

I had an awesome experience talking to the guys in the electrical department after coming from a different specialty store where I had a negative experience. So thankful for well trained employees who actually want to help the customers! Way to go, Home Depot!

Idaho Falls store has improved their employee help and it did not take near as long to get questions/recommendations about what is needed for a particular project for the average home owner. I always find people willing to answer questions and help me out with the myriad of handyman projects I have to try to keep our house from disintegrating. Rarely do I leave the Idaho Falls Home Depot without the help I need to tackle another project.

I love the convenience of the Idaho Falls store being so close to my home. I can run in, get what I need and check out quickly. Or..I can simply go in, meander around getting ideas and the employees always check on me and offer their suggestions! I love that.

This store is always a clean great place to shop. The workers are all knowledgeable and helpful. I have never had a bad experience shopping there. If the item I'm looking for is not there, they will order it for you and receive it in a reasonable time. The quality of the items I have purchased has always been excellent.

Had a great experience at Home Depot in Idaho Falls this week. Billy was very helpful with helping us find what we needed and making some great suggestions for quality products. Also Sylvia was extremely helpful in getting our order wrung up. Both employees went above and beyond to make our shopping experience great.

I was generally plead pleasedthe service I received at this store and I saved quite a bit of money shopping at The Home Depot. We're remodeling a bathroom and I was pleasantly surprised with how much I saved on the 2 vanities and jetted tub we bought.

Their paint department was very helpful and considerate. Gave great service and recommendations

Excellent store with especially good employees.

The majority of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I would recomend the majority of the store departments to everyone but the flooring department never gets back to you very soon at all. They changed their word and mind. Penny will tel you one thing and then something completely different. Tried 4-5 times to even leave a voicemail and was disconnected. Would not recommend doing flooring through them, even though they say free installation 90% of other professional installers will beat their price for everything and have better carpet.

Employees were really helpful on getting me some new blinds that were cut to the wrong measurement, easy to switch out for the correct size! Sayge was a really cheerful cashier who invited me to come back soon to the store.
