Often the website has unnecessary “specs” leaving out valuable information in dimensions, updated inventory. Love the customer service. Good people!

I was denied a warranty on bad windows and could not get any help when I needed to load three, 6‘ x 4‘ windows. In the store for almost 3 hours total waste of my time.

We arrived at 945 at night need some milwaukee tools and the tool was happy to help and the cashier even close to closing was pleasant and happy to help that doesn't always happen at businesses. No one likes people who slack around all day and expect people at that time of night to bend over backwards. This wasnt the case, it was as soon as we could get there, and hoped for good help. We received good help

I never hesitate to make a purchase at Home Depot, knowing that I can return it if it’s not exactly the right color or fit. Such as always the case. I appreciate Gina taking care of the return for me and it’s never an issue.

Idaho Falls Home Depot employees are second to none. Without exception, they are always very friendly. When I'm trying to locate a particular item, they take the time to ensure that I know exactly where the item is located. As a handicapped veteran, I appreciate the designated parking spaces for vets located near the main entrance. Also the 10% discount is nice. The only complaint I have is that your electric carts need to be updated. The motors are worn out as evidenced by the loud noise and all-too-often, the batteries no longer are able to hold a charge.

I don't have their names, but their ID on my receipt is R5RR66C. They were more than willing to look up my product that wasn't in stock and help me get an order going, and make sure my discount code was going to work the way it needed to. The code wasn't working at first for the Gentleman helping, so a Lady came to assistant and together they got me taken care of.

I have had internet issues and could not place my order online that I had started. I called and Tyson Stone was the person who helped me. He spent a lot of time helping me find and order products I need and did so patiently and professionally. I so appreciate his help! Thanks Tyson!

I bought a new oven and had it delivered, they broke the oven on delivery. Not a big deal as they owned up to it immediately, and have someone coming out to fix it. Problem is the screen door they broke, the delivery guy inspected the damage and then said nothing about this. Next I order an AC unit, and get it home to find out it's open box, parts were in zip lock bags, it was missing parts, and it was never marked or disclosed as open box, it had dog hair all over the parts. and I was charged fill price. Not great experiences from this store at all lately.

The City of Idaho Falls makes regular purchases at Home Depot. The Pro Desk attendants are great and helpful

I expected to buy Drip Tubing with the holes prepunched! The Employee did nor share with me that I needed to buy a punch to punch my own holes! I want tubing prepunched!!! I will go to a retailer that sell me tubing that has the drip holes already prepunched.

If you want to be treated right, helped efficiently, and get some great deals, this is the place to go! I’m here several times a week, and consistently have great experiences!

Employees wander around, never ask if you need help. Variety of product poor. Garden department has no idea even what Gypsum is. Don't think I will waste my time going back to this particular store.

Colton took special interest to help me find just the right tool set to meet my needs. Once home and using the Milwaukee set I bought, it was certainly the right choice!

Just bought a patio table set fairly good price. Excited to get it set up.

My order was not what I had ordered. I confirmed by telephone before traveling 300 miles round-trip to pick up 25 gallons of stain. I called and they told me it was in. I went to pick it up, prepaid, from customer service. William at the paint counter substituted a lower quality stain from Olympic than what I ordered and paid for. No mention was made to me. I discovered it when I looked at the can before taking it out to my truck. The store manager said that he would make this , good. The store manager, Josh, said my product would be delivered free of charge. For the second time the product was wrong. It was the wrong color. I ordered Cedar natural tone and was given a color called Atlas. To this day, I don’t know whether they ordered the correct color and/or when it’s going to be delivered. Beyond disappointed. Once this is resolved with my delivery of the correct color of stain. I am done with Home Depot.

I like the Idaho Falls #1802 store best because their employees don’t mind helping, and if they don’t know the answer to my questions, they stay with me until they find someone who can. This location is our favorite!!!

I was able to find what I needed quickly and easily.

I was happy to shopping here but staff turning back or behaving like you are invisible at store opening times when you ask something . They Don’t want to serve you early mornings.
