My experience at Inglewood home depot was amazing and I enjoy it.

Liz gave me all the customer service support They placed wrong order on self pick up and she made sure I received my item.

A one stop shop at this home depot location,- I’ve seem to always find all the material I need for my projects here. Friend and attentive staff, super helpful when asking for products location

This store has limited stock in every department which means customers have to travel farther than anticipated if you shop home depot

Every employee I had an interaction with seemed genuinely bothered when asked a simple question. They look miserable and clearly don't like their job. No sense of urgency to get anything done. It’s not my fault you’re probably not happy in life.

I was greeted by an associate. The layout of the store is set up perfectly.

This specific Home Depot store surpasses the customer service experience- super helpful and attentive for you request assistance as well as stocked with inventory- reducing the number of store visits to find your building materials.

We decided to speak to a supervisor/ manager but he or she refuses to show up. The manager sent a message via the associate to communicate with us. The associate also should be more friendly and customer oriented next time.

The girl did try her best to help me but the documents stated in the home depot device is inaccurate.

When needed, staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I have a complaint regarding two employees (Sergio and Ed) at the Customer Service counter at Inglewood HD. I wanted to pay for artificial turf and pick-up at Will-Call. Unfortunately, I was in the customer service line. Sergio said he would help me at the Pick-up window. After paying for the turf, I asked if I could pay for the two bags of fertilizer. He said he would ring me up at the Customer Service counter. I proceeded to the register for Sergio to ring me up. Upon arriving at the register at the same time as Sergio, he called for the next customer in line and told me he would ring me up after he finished helping the 2 to 3 people who were in line. I asked him to finish the transaction he started with me. He just ignored me and rang up the next customer. Ed, overhearing the conversation. I went to his register to ask if he would ensure the Will-Call information was attached to the turf. He was rude and dismissive. He did absolutely nothing. He was the worst customer service employee that I have encountered over the years. Upon pick-up, Sergio was there to assist with a smile to load the turf unto the truck. Redeeming his previous bad service. As for Ed, another employee noticed him running from empty register to empty register to avoid assisting us with the pick-up. Ed does not need to be at the customer service counter. He is too rude and petty to assist customers properly. I spoke to the manager. She has her work cut out for her at the Inglewood Home Depot.

Cool store always got what i need. This store is clean and well maintained.

The store was clean and the entire experience was pleasant. I bought a stove and refrigerator and the associate Emeli Perales was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Of the products and the entire sales process. Emeli made the entire experience pleasant and wonderful. The entire staff at the store that. I dealt with were also very professional.

I always buy the flowers to put on my son's Crypt. I love the variety and the prices.

An amazing service desk associate came from behind the desk help me find my door not only did she help me she rang me up also such a sweet smart lady TAQUEESHA god bless her !

It was such a pleasant surprise to be helped by 3 different women at Inglewood store. They were thorough and knowledgeable and patient. Marilyn, Jessinia & Vicky were terrific. Normally I can barely get help or find a person to help me at HD. Today was truly a pleasant surprise.

I came into the store hoping not to spend a lot of money as I have all week trying to get my apartment ready. When I got to the cashier and realized that my budget was not enough my friendly cashier Jada did her job very well by helping me apply for Home Depot card. At first I didn't think I was going to get approved because I have been denied in the past but this time I was approved. I was so happy and Jada did an awesome job helping me put my information in very quickly it did not take a lot of time and she had excellent customer service. She has a friendly smile and a great attitude as well. Thumbs up to Jada.

The staff here think you're so lucky to get a second of their precious time so that you can get what Home Depot is selling. I guess you should just wait around and hope someone who cares comes along to help you give Home Depot your money... Or go to another location...

I come here frequently for garbage disposals and maintenance items.

I’ve been coling to this store location 1010 for going on 27 years. Always have the products and materials in stocks that’s needed when needed with no delays. Awesome 👏

This location has excellent customer service.

When Home Depot first opened, it was up to the customer to know what he wanted, and to find it himself or herself. Over time, employees became more helpful. It seems now that employees expect to be consulted and are helpful about directions, locations, aisles and advice even. Was this due to training or did the customer service evolve naturally over time? Nevertheless, Home Depot is more of a welcome environment as much as it has always been a utilitarian environment.

STORE WAS CLEAN AND ALL THE ASSOCIATES WERE READY TO HELP ME

I really hate going into Home Depot for anything. The employees seen to never have any expertise in their areas. They dont actively try to find an answer. I have to wait for, or track them down, only to get nowhere. Or, I wait and they come back with, “my manager said we don’t have it at this store.” BUT, this particular day I was pressed for time and decided to stop at the Inglewood store, # 1010, on Century Blvd, and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Rogelio was the only salesperson in the tool area, with about three customers (including myself) waiting for him. He patiently assisted a woman who wanted to have a discussion about every type of sand paper on the rack. He helped her narrow down one and then it was my turn. My tool wasn’t working properly so Rogelio showed me a couple of new tools. He opened a new box, explained the parts and how to assemble it. Then he realized that my tool was assembled incorrectly and quickly put it together. Rogelio was customer service at its finest. He was knowledgeable, patient and productive, offering his undivided attention to each patron. I really appreciated his time and expertise. I also want to give a shout out to the young lady in the Rental Tools. I don’t have her name but she is African -American with a very short haircut, and a few tattoos. Her customer service skills are exemplary. She is outshining the men over there (LOL), with her skill-set and eager willingness to assist. What I like most is, she talks it through until it makes sense. Very pleasant – both she and Rogelio. I "hate" my visits to Home Depot a little bit less now, because of them. I will send a copy of this letter to Corporate. Please let both employees know that they are the example of good customer service and store representation.

Most customer service agents seem like they do not want to work nor appreciate therir jobs, all accept an agents name Andrew and Mark.

I do a lot of construction commercial residential small to large jobs and this Home Depot is always on point loose who is in the pro desk Jason the manager, Angel who Assist he’s also loader. They’re all phenomenal. If you need something you need help definitely go to the store they will take care of you.
