Every time I visit home depot I find what i'm looking for. most of the associates are friendly and willing to help.

From the moment I entered the store the staff and most patrons were happy and the staff especially courteous. Very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere

The sales associate was very helpful and offered a discount on the item I was purchasing when I asked for the economical option. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and had a pleasant demeanor.

I went into the Inglewood location looking for a Christmas Tree to be delivered to our Church and School. As I approached the Tree lot a very friendly Associate Keith Bennett asked if he could assist me. I told him what I needed and he said we don't offer delivery on the Christmas Trees. However, I will deliver it for the Church. I purchased the Tree and he followed me to Holy Trinity Church and School and set it up in the Parish Hall. The children's faces were full of joy and happiness. Thank you Keith for going beyond the call of duty.

Always get service with a smile and always get act knowledged

I went to Home Depot to purchase a houseplant. The selections were great, the plants were healthy and in fact had just been watered. The area was clean and well organized. I asked the sales associate some questions about the plants I interested in and she was very helpful.

every time I go to this location, I always have a hard time finding an associate.

Good store but the associates need to be more helpful and friendly . associates need a customer service training

Was sent to get plugs at the time I has no idea what I was suppose to get. Associate was helpful and guided me to the right product.

Soon as I entered the store a customer service rep ask if he could be of service - escorted me directly to the product- explained the use of products - and assisted me at checkout in less than 12 minutes. That's what I call excellent customer service

This store is very large I was very much please and it had everything I needed.

Over all my experience was very well the associates were very knowledge and polite.

I'm very please with the service when I shop here and there is always an associate available to help you on the floor. I also like the crafts class for the kids and how to do class for projects around the house are so cool too. I do a lot of gardening so I'm always buying plants and pots and things to for my yard and/or garden. "Monae" great customer service keep up the good work. Thanks Home Depot!

Today I met the best customer service representative Lakiesha Brown-Appliance Specialist at Inglewood. She was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She also took the time to explain how I could save more if I purchase certain products.

The store was clean. I told the associate what I was looking for, and was told we are out of stock and the fans are seasonal. I asked can you check your stock,. and was told we just do not have any more. *** When it's Summer HOT. Please order or have Extra FANS in stock.** Your customers then can always SAAAY go to Home Depot, they will have what you need!!

I went to my local Home Depot store for cleaning products for the oven range hood which had not been cleaned in a while. i found everything and more in the store including a much wider range of products than I expected. We are looking to buy a house. This is the place we will come to for any of our needs. The personnel were pleasant, helpful, attentive, and the store was super clean and well-stocked.

I Love Home Depot in Inglewood, I sometimes just go to window shop because of all the array of items they have to beautify my home. The associates are always nice and helpful, if I had a slogan to share my experience when I go to shop it would be: Home is where the Depot is enter an isle and leave with a smile. Thank you

Although the associate that assisted me with my rental was not very enthusiastic about doing so, he was very knowledgeable about the products and services in the rental department.

Daniel (from Rentals), Oscar, Thomas, Je'Corey, Edwin, and Misty are fantastic associates. They went above and beyond what was expected. I had a project to install an a/c unit and needed a measurement cut with a jigsaw. While I had no luck of finding anyone who cared to help me at any other store locations - these guys did the job, and well! Daniel drew up the measurements and Thomas completed the fine tune cut while Je'Corey and I helped hold down the plywood for Thomas while he was cutting. The project was complete thanks to this team. I hope this team gets recognized for their hard work because they could have easily told me they couldn't do the service. But they did, and they did a fantastic job. I hope you all are able to see this - Thanks again!
