This store has great seasonal inventory.

Great personal service!

The store is alway clean and the associates always speak. The cashiers is always very nice and has always ask just to make sure you haven't forgot anything.

This store's garden shop has the best service and knowledgeable people of anywhere! Everything is in stock and these people know where tp find it if you can't! It is ultra neat and orderly and fast!

Home depot is by far the best service store to shop, pertaining to turn key operation. Everything that one will need from start to finish , Home Depot is the place to shop .

The Home Depot Inverness #875 truly takes pride in their customer service experience! Jasmine in Customer Service is a the epitome of Excellent Customer Service! She created the best customer service experience I have ever received in a retail store, ever! We called Store Assistant Manager, Bridget to share our wonderful experience and she was extremely friend as well. We had a deplorable experience at The Home Depot Hoover #881 with their staff, including Store Assistant Manager Dan McGregor. We stopped at The Home Depot Inverness #875 out of final desperation and I am beyond glad we did. Jasmine listened to the situation, looked for options, created a solution, and created a better experience than I have ever received in any retail store, ever!

I do not have experience with every employee at that particular location, but I know leadership impacts those around you. The general manager, Monique, the customer service representative, Shunta, and the appliance specialist, Barbara, took a horrible experience and made it right for my wife and me. These three went above and beyond to correct a situation and made me a Home Depot supporter. They understand and demonstrated that it is never about the "transaction" but rather the experience that makes people come back. Because of them, I drive past a competitor store, and come to Home Depot.

I received excellent customer service when I rented a utility trailer and had to purchase a lock for a storage shed. The gentlemen in tool rental helped me purchase everything I need. Then I went the next day and another gentleman helped me purchase a lock for shed. He helped me the right kind of screws for the type of material the shed was made of..explained and was very patient with me.

Store employees are very helpful, check out is friendly and generally quick. BUT you have to do something about the loading zone. Most every time I am there trying to load a trailer of lumber there are these bozos parking in the loading zone as if it's additional parking. Last weekend I am waiting to be loaded and here comes this couple parking in the zone just to go shop, two clowns parked there to go get 2 quarts of paint, another person parks right in the middle like its a handicapped zone. The store needs to do a better job of keeping this area clear and to be used as intended, to LOAD

The Home Depot on Hwy 280 is the friendliest store in Birmingham. The people who work there all act like they are glad to be there AND glad to help me get just the right products to get my projects done. I drive past Lowes and Walmart to shop at this Home Depot.

The store was clean and the cashiers are really friendly. Last time I went, I had to wait on someone else to finish using a cart because no others were available. Other than that, great service!

Excellent customer service today. The employees (Shantell and Erica) went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. They were extremely happy and made sure that my visit was pleasant. EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES!

Today during torrential rain, the loaders were so friendly and played with outback daughter while waiting to load up my new patio furniture purchase.

The BEST! I practically live in this store. It is my first choice for filling job needs. The store is well stocked and staffed with competent and helpful employees. The PRO Desk and Rental departments are especially helpful...I can rent the equipment needed without having to drive all over town. Of all the HD stores in my area, this is by far the best.

The young lady over hardware was awesome....It's not easy to have a good experience in stores at closing time.

Highly recommended! On several recent trips to this Home Depot store, I've been greeted and offered assistance by several associates throughout the store. My purpose was to look at options and order counter top for a master bathroom project. This department was well-staffed with knowledgeable and helpful associates.

The staff are friendly and courteous. Products are readily available, stocked and the coffee's always fresh, hot and free! Across the board, the employees are eager to help or find someone that can. Michele stands out because she was friendly, greeted me and knew where things were! Great store! I'll definitely be back.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Their plants are in excellent condition and the price very reasonable. The store was clean and organized.

My experience at the store was exceptional. I would definitely recommend the store to any of my working colleagues. Just make sure that when you go in the store that you stop by the pro desk and give LaCheston the opportunity to go to work for you. If he is not there, any associate at the pro desk will be great.

Employees are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If products are not in stock, they will order them on line for you and have them sent to your home.
