We went to pick up a few things for the new house, everything went good until we had a question about a product. I went to four different employees none of which could do anything but point me in the wrong direction, after about 10 minutes of looking for rubber door bumpers in the hardware section, and finding nothing. One employee "greg" came up to me and asked if this was what I was looking for? The only bright spot during this whole trip. At check out the only registers that were open was self check out and the pro desk. We went to the pro desk because there was no line there, asked if we could check out with him. He actually rolled his eyes when my girl friend asked his that! Then he says he can't give military discount at the pro desk!? (only home depot ever to do this). We ended up going to self check out and asking for our discount there. I have been shopping at home depot for a long time, this was the worst service I have ever had. Guess we'll try Lowes next time since they are pretty close.

The store was neat clean and organized. Great customer service over all would definetly recommend friends and family to shop at any location.

Check out was fast cashier was friendly Ashley at the service desk was happy to help me

John Purtell in the paint department was the best associate I've ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering my questions.

I always find everything I need in this store, very friendly staff. My only suggestion would be to put a new saw in the area where you cut the trims down. Your is kind of dull. It took me a while to cut a shoe mold trim down to 8'. Otherwise, I love this store!

Always easy to find what I am looking for. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes! My kind of shopping trip!

I was very pleased that I was added totally different section of the Home Depot at the windows and doors and an employee was able to assist me to the right direction then if he didn't know the answer he asked his boss to come and help me which he was very knowledgeable and so was the other associate thank you for a great service

Been to this Home Depot more then I can count after living in Irving for 18 years and constantly going in to buy things for home and church improvements. For the most part I'm always satisfied with what I buy. This time I was not as lucky. I purchased a Zircon StudSensor HD 70 stud finder to mount my tv on the wall and it was inaccurate and I ended up making 3 extra holes in my wall. Not worth the $32

I just completed and small project and had to continue to need more mproduct to finish.Each time I came back to Homedepot they always had what I needed and plenty of what I needed was in stock. This alone made the job much more worthwhile and easy.

A homedepot employee ,Ms.Odemaris turned me on to this plasti-dip product for a project I told her about and boy is it wonderful stuff to spray on ,and has many applications.Thank you Ms. Odemaris and thanks to homedepot for having her and this product.

I had something to return and went to the retun desk and was greeted by a wonderful team member by the name of Ms. Odemaris,who took care of my return and in telling her of my project she offered me some wonderful ideas and directed me to that part of the store that contained what I needed.I would have never expected this kind of service from the return desk and Ms. Odemaris is a credit to your fine organization.Thanks to her it never ceases to amaze me the quality of the employees that Homedepot hires.This is not only a credit to Ms. Odemaris,but to management for having the forethought to have hire someone as competent as she.

Very good shopping experience. Item I needed was easily available, help was easily available and courteous. Checking out process was easy/fast.

Since it was Memorial Day, and it was VERY busy, I am not as demanding as usual when store is operating in "normal" mode. Knew what I wanted and had no problem picking items out and loading into cart. Had a short wait for cashier. Nobody offered to assist getting boxed items into my car, but as I said, was very busy.

I don't need help the time i went to the Store because i found it right away the sign is so easy to follow and the price is the best, because i check it in another store but Hoe depo has the best price. :)

Store has everything I need that is not specialty items, and is close to my office. It's clean, and the employees are friendly.
