I know the store and they don’t just move things around a lot like other places

As a consumer, my most valued aspect of shopping is customer service. Today, Judy Carter assisted me from start to finish with an upright freezer purchase. She was quick to answer my customer service call. She went to the computer to dig for availability. She even went to the morning delivery truck to get details on the unit dropped off that day ... the exact one I needed and purchased on the spot! Judy was pleasant, considerate, energetic and very knowledgeable. A few other associates I passed in the store were very cordial as well. Thank you Home Depot for investing in your most precious asset: your staff!

Thank You Dawn for being the best ever person that i have dealt with at any Home Improvement store. I felt they had one of the cleanest stores i have been into lately, The ladies in the front as i was picking up my products, you rocked out the kindness as well. Thank you

This store has some of the best associates that Home Depot has to offer anywhere

This store has all that I need for my home repairs. The prices are reasonable. The quality of the products are superior. I enjoy shopping here because the employees take a real interest in my purchases and are kind, helpful, and professional.

Good clean store - occasionally a little hard to navigate a fully laden lumber trolley down some of the aisles due to left trolleys and stock trolleys hindering your path - but not to often so overall a solid service and staff who help make this store a better place for all our handyman house projects (too many of them for my liking but have to keep the husband happy folks!). I'm impressed with your safety standard and the diligence of staff making sure no-one is put in danger when operations are running that require aisles to be void of customers.

I had a very quick in and out with what I came for, thanks to the assistance of your employees. I hate shopping as a norm, and when I can get in an out that quickly, it great. Thanks again for everyone's help.

Every time I go there, I get the answers I need, even if they don't have what I was looking for. Everyone seems alert and glad to be helping the economy keep rolling, especially during Covid restrictions. Store is always clean.

The store was neat and very helpful

Ithaca Home Depot seems to have upped their game. More associates, friendly faces, better service, better stock. Joe walked me through my whole plumbing problem, got me the right stuff, took the time to think through my installation and made valuable and time-saving suggestions. Shopping was an efficient and enjoyable experience. It reminded me of my Orlando Home Depo days, I loved that store.

I started by going online to look for a particular product. I then called the Ithaca store and spoke to Rose, she assured me that the item was indeed in stock. I told her what time I would be there to make my purchase. When I got to the store, I found Rose, she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for, she made sure I had the information about the product that I needed to make my installation experience seamless. She helped me get cashed out, helped get the product loaded into my truck, wrapped in plastic to keep the road dirt and weather off of it, and made sure it was secured with tie downs, to make sure I didn't have any issues hauling it 45 minutes away. Thank you Rose, and her Co-Worker Richard for making my shopping experience top notch.

I shop frequently at this Home Depot. Most of the items I need to maintain my apartments are in stock at reasonable prices. And as a member of the local landlord association I get discounts on larger purchases, which is very helpful for the budget. This is a fairly small community and I have good friends who work at this Home Depot, so I feel like I am supporting the community as well.

A pleasure to shop where people show you they care about your project needs. I feel as if they go the extra mile when it comes to [ customer service ] very clean and very organized in every department and I would recommend this store to all my friends .

I have found what I needed each time I visited. Employees have always been knowledgeable and courteous. They are very good at making recommendations when I’m not sure what I need to do a job. Highly recommended.

Very helpful staff when answering questions regarding the product I was asking about. Helped install wrap to protect carpet, and helped carry it to my car.

Quinn willingly took out and loaded a cast-iron kitchen sink in my van--it took 2 of us, but he did most of the lifting! Thanks for Quinn's positive, can-do, customer-focused attitude!!

I would like to compliment Chris Wilmont, assistant manager, for his professional handling of my call this evening, about half an hour before closing time. I had called twice and was transferred to voicemail for someone I did NOT know. So on my third call, I asked the person handling the call if he could assist me. Chris was most helpful and patient, as he had me look up some info on my computer, which was 20 feel away from the landline phone. He assured me that the product would fit. He was calm and competent. Thanks, Chris!

The store was clean and there was a friendly associate able to help me pick out a dishwasher.
