Every associate I came in contact with during my many visits to this store have always been helpful, and attentive. Great selection of tools. I consider this a toy store for DYIers.

We came in today looking for a new washer, dryer, and stove. We were very impressed that even on Black Friday, there were plenty of associates that were in the aisles and available to help us. The associate that helped us in appliances was very pleasant and knowledgeable and didn't make us feel pressured or rushed. We will definitely be coming back for our future purchases.

My husband and I have always left happy from this store. We stopped in to buy some Behr paint, our go to product after several very expensive paints have failed us. The associate was immediately available at the counter. I am setting up an indoor winter herb garden and anothe associate helped me research and select my best lighting options. We highly recommended this store.

Customer service was excellent....associates in the appliance department were friendly, helpful and visible in the store. We did not have to look for help, help came to us! Check-out was quick and easy, with a smiling associate. We got a lower price than expected too!

Looking for a tarp I had no clue in which direction to go so just starting walking through the store. After a while, I thought this is crazy! A gentleman was headed to the lumber department. I stopped him and asked where I could find tarps. Instead of telling me what department I could find them in, he took me directly to them! He even stayed until I was happy with what I was looking for!

As new homeowners, Home Depot is our go-to. We prefer Home Depot over Lowes any day, based on customer service, prices, and product availability. Keep it up, HD!

When I come into Home Depot, 95% of the time (I think that's a very good percentage), I find everything I need and have a very positive shopping experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a place to find all of their building, maintenance and/or decorating supplies.

I needed help finding a p-pipe for a sink trap, and the man who helped me was very knowledgable and even encouraging, taking an interest in my sink replacement. Very well-run store, and for the vast amount of things available there, it is well-organized.

The store seemed a bit cluttered today and as usual I feel lighting could be much better. Went for treated lumber and took a bit of digging to find any quality pieces! However we shop there often and are usually satisfied with products available. Unfortunately we can't name names of associates here….but will tell management in person about register associate who is awesome always!

I placed an order of double storm doors and the store associate, Neil, was great. He was able to place my order quickly and smoothly while juggling multiple phone calls and answering quick questions from other customers to diminish unnecessary wait times. Neil even mentioned a minor, foreseeable problem that I may encounter when I install the doors that I did not think of at the time. I usually do not go to Home Depot because of the little extra distance, but I think that has changed. Thanks!

That store is like a place of refuge for me I immediately for about everything else once I walk thru those doors.
