This HD is what you would expect in a proper running company with competent management and associates. Everythings clean and up to par the way it should be.

Excellent customer service which you can not get at the competitor's stores. I would guess that I was asked a minimum of three times if I needed help or if I am able to locate what I needed. It is refreshing to be treated like a customer instead of a nuisance. At one of your competitors I have experienced associates making efforts to avoid helping customers to the extent that associates would notice that you needed help and just turn around and walk the other direction. Guess they don't realize that they may have a big store but if no one buys anything they won't have a job.

A model for how Home Depot should be run! Willing and helpful associates; new products ,(on sale, no less!!!) ;

The store was bright and clean inside. Everyone was helpful. I got what I needed and it was that easy.

This site always had the newest ryobi tools. They also have the best prices on them

The associates are very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the store and products. You are always greeted with Hello and a smile. They don't just point the way to a product they take you to it. The prices are competitive with other stores and they offer excellent sales.

An associate named Jessica in the hardware area was there asking us if we needed help in finding anything within a couple of minutes of entering the store and going to the hardware department.. She found everything we needed and then took the time to get us help in the lumber department. The associates throughout the store were extremely helpful. A loader was not available so one of the regular associates in the lumber area loaded our trailer for us. We were in and out of the store so much faster than we had anticipated. Sure made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend the Jackson Michigan Home Depot store.

Great place to shop, everyone helpful and friendly

Ran into Terry Farley who introduced me to some osb that was minimally weather damaged that was 70% off. Needless to say I bought all they had and was able to finish the ceiling in my pole barn for $53 instead of $166! Thanks Terry!

A young man named "Matt" at the Jackson store was the most helpful person I have worked with in a long time. He was patient with me and very understanding with my needs. You are lucky to have him working for you.

I have been in the store several times recently and each time I have been greeted by a friendly helpful associate who has correctly directed me towards the product I was looking for. I have never had a sales associate walk by me without saying hi and asking me if I was being helped or could they direct me to where I'm going. I find the associates very helpful and knowledgable about the products and how to use them, the amount needed for the project, etc. I love the quality and selection of the products you sell.

The associates were very helpful and kind. They stopped what they were doing to assist me with a smile. They moved items for me so it was easier to load them into my vehicle. Several associates helped me load the heavy items with kindness and professionalism. I will be back! Thank You Lawn and Garden for a positive and memorable expeperience!

purchased 2 small items, used the self-serve checkout. Should have been a simple transaction. Register required the assistance of the store associate for some unknown reason. I had to wait first for her to finish with another customer, then figure out that I needed assistance. Then she had to enter her passcode to the register to clear the malfunction....we don't know what it was that caused the register to stop and not proceed without her help. Big waste of my time and hers. People are busy and don't have time for this nonsense.

Unfortunately I am between Lansing, and Jackson stores, Fortunate in the fact both stores have been great in helping me with my purchases. However I recently needed to make a major applaince purchase and looked on line for what I needed, called Lansing Home Depot, and the only one they had was a display. So I called the Jackson store, good for me, they had what I needed, it was on an overhead pallet, but they were more than willing to get it down for me. I was very happy with the service. I was so happy that the next day I decided to come back in and do more major purchasing of flooring and the products that go with a new tile floor. I intend on coming back as I continue to remodel my home. Thank you for all your help!!

I went in for a specific item and it was there and I was able to purchase it and take it home. It was easy and no troubles. I highly recommend this Home Depot to others in the area looking for things for the home and projects around the house.

I love Home depot ecspecially the garden center and the seeds area

I needed to redo the roof on my garage, and finish the soffit and fascia the contractor had left undone. I had a huge order of shingles, tar paper, F channel, soffit, fascia, and more, but they associates helped me load in the store, and helped me load it into my truck. I had comparisoned shopped online already for these things too, and Home Depot had the best prices. I would highly recommend Home Depot for all your projects.

staff knew where items i was looking for were in the store. cashier explained the "self serve" system for paying etc.

Store always looks good. You have excellent employees. I rarely if ever have a negative experience here.

Geno was a very knowledgeable employee, answering my many questions with patience. He helped me understand the mower that I was purchasing and was very concise in his answers, not at all rushed or impatient. Heather was a great help at the counter explaining things clearly and she was very friendly as well.
