Jacksonville Home Depot has very helpful employees. I find that they answer your questions about items and even help load large items. Store was clean. Aisle had plenty of room so you can get down them. Displays looked good.

This store has the best variety and scope of products of any in the area. That makes it easy to shop for items to complete a project. The depth of specialty products is not as detailed, but not often needed, One thing I have noticed: delivery is often free from a Home Depot further away, while charged from the Jacksonville location.

Had to get a toilet and had an idea behind the one we wanted and why. However we didn't think about some additional factors that the associate brought up which was a HUGE help. The other associate that was really friendly as well as they all were. Unlike some of the other Large hardware stores that tend to be set on doing what there doing. (The question "How often do you visit the store" is only due to location and this was our first visit.)

I remodeled my bathroom this year as well as had other projects and needs. In store custumer service and product quality is great and exceeds that of Lowe's and Menard's in Springfield. I have family who travel from Springfield to shop at Home Depot in Jacksonville. Employees are consistently friendly and eager to help.

The store was neat and clean, the associates were very friendly and helpful. The experience was flawless.

JMH0590 Jocelyn took the time to walk us threw the whole experience about ordering cabinets when i didnt know anything. she also helped me up to the front register and such a pleasant experience. Jocelyn worked hard on her drawings and prices and was great to work with . Jocelyn is a valuble employee and a great person.

Store was clean, shelves were stocked with products that I was looking for.

I received help from at least 4 of the store's personnel, at a 9:50 PM visit. It was wonderful to find that they were not the least bit unhappy about a customer needing assistance when it was just minutes before their clocking out time! Plenty of the product I needed on the shelf, and the personnel willingly took the time to shake 2 5-gallon buckets of paint for me.

Great employees love our Jacksonville store! It is hard to see the store from the road, brush blocks the view.

Knowledgeable associates were not easy to find but once located were extremely helpful...I have to admit it was a holiday and they were probably short staffed

Great store to do business. Associates are generally very friendly and helpful. No complaints there. However, and you may think this is trivial, but they have the worst toilet paper available to man. I thought it couldn't get any worse than Walmart, but it does. Come on HD. I know you're saving tons of dough on cheap, but.....

Beautiful Saturday at the end of February means lots of people buying items for outdoors. Your assiciates should be aware and available to help customers load heavy items ie asphalt , concrete , garden soil.

I shopped the Christmas clearance (SCORE for me!!). Just went in for a thermostat. Took a while to find an available associate. Found one helping someone else, so I waited for him. He really helped a lot, and was friendly.

Nearly impossible to get help with loading my cart and truck. They display several step ladders in front of the check out lanes, which also make it very difficult to pay for my building materials. The Jacksonville store seems to have slipped from they way is had been managed.

Plant light was not located in Garden Section, it was hidden in corner of regular light bulbs. Took an associate (who was very helpful) a few minutes of searching to find the light bulb.

If you are buying paint or paint products in the Jacksonville, Illinois store, ask for "Sue" she is over the top helpful and GREAT!!!!
