I just bought 2 items online but it was done in the store...they are so helpful

Lynn (millwork specialist) was most helpful and patient with designing our special order door. I would highly recommend the Jacksonville Home Depot!

I prefer the Home Depot in Jacksonville over the other home improvement stores in town due to the friendliness of the staff here. The staff at this location is always friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make our visits as enjoyable as possible.

Love shopping at Home Depot. Location is great! More associates available to assist with locating products would help make my shopping experience much better.

Please re-train your cashier. We scanned all our item we bought from the store and the cashier ask us to scan one of the item we already scanned with a rude tone and bad attitude

Had immediate need for refrigerator. This Home Depot store offered me excellent sales service, great quality refrigerator and very reasonable price. Delivery guys were exceptional. Purchased refrigerator on Monday and delivery was on Thursday. I am very pleased and will definitely shop this store if in need of another appliance. We shop here for other products in our remodeling and have yet to be disappointed.

From the time my wife and I entered the store to return an item with the help of the cashier Angela to the time we checked out and left we received excellent service. The employee Greg even helped me load a few heavy items so my wife wouldn't have to.

Each time I go to the Home Depot in Jacksonville N.C. the Customer Service is exceptional from every employee. I get the help I need when I need it. I highly recommend the Jacksonville Home Depot for your home improvement needs.

Purchased a - Samsung Bespoke 5 Element Oven - Samsung Bespoke Smart Microwave

John William was the name printed on the receipt, and I hope corporate looks into this store to get their staff retrained. His sole job as a cashier was to greet me, cash me out, and bag my stuff. I had to initiate the greeting because he just stared at me. He cash me out. Then DID NOT even bag my stuff. We had to stand there awkwardly and put our own stuff in our bags. I’ll be sure to take my business elsewhere next time.

Every time I enter this store I encounter employees who are happy to help. And if you have a chance to visit Craig in appliances, will be very pleased with his knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism.

Went into the store, was able to find what I needed. Could not get assistance to put the item on the cart. It was extremely heavy. Managed to get it on the cart. Went to the front paid for it. The lady asked me if I needed assistance loading and I said yes and no one ever showed up. I had to get another customer to help me load the heavy item into my vehicle because no one from this home Depot came out to help me

Always feel welcome and get the assist by approach vs other store where you have to hunt down an employee :)

Buyer be aware of surprise core charge on pallet if you purchase a full pallet to get discount price.
