Employees are willing to help you. They will go over and above any other home improvements store in the Jasper area. Everyone I ask a question to find the answer or take me to the one that can help. They don’t look over me just because I’ma woman.

The store is alway clean and most of the time you can find someone to help you out and it easy to get to good parking

Just a overall GREAT store with GREAT people and always a GREAT EXPERIENCE.

As I stated before I have visited this location on numerous occasions and never have I had anything but a GREAT experience. There are great employees with the knowledge to help with any of my needs.

They have been very helpful, we have been using this store quite a bit these past few months restoring our home. This last visit they went above and beyond in helping me to be able to buy the last vanity they had on display that was on sell. Brittany was very helpful.

If you need electric supplies, hunt down Larry. The man is a treasure of knowledge in that store. If you need help with an appliance, find Donna and get ready for the happiest appliance purchase process you're going to find in Walker county.

The Jasper store is always neat and clean. The employees are also very helpful in helping you find merchandise.

Shopping here was nothing short of frustrating. There were no lumber carts because they were filled with stuff that had been returned or pulled for orders, and in the parking lot. It took about 30 min to checkout. They need more employees.

Nice store to shop at

Very knowledgeable employees! The young woman in appliances did an outstanding job helping me select my new washer/dryer combination. She answered questions I didn’t even think to ask! I had left my Home Depot credit card at home but the staff issued me a temporary shopping pass for my purchases. My purchases reached a limit that triggered an alert of possible fraud on my account. This was quickly and professionally resolved by a seasoned associate named Rusty making a phone call. I don’t ever remember having such a pleasant and productive shopping experience at one of these home improvement big box stores. I would highly recommend Home Depot #0810 in Jasper, AL!

Great Store!

This store is very well organized and had all the items I needed. The employees were very helpful and most courteous.

Normally I get good service from this store. This trip the cashier that checked me out was replaced by another cashier that was standing close by. My husband checked out after me and the new cashier tried to charge me again for my purchase and made me feel like crap when I told her I just paid for it and that she was standing right there when I did. Maybe they need to be attentive to what is going on around them, rather than making a customer feel they are doing something wrong. I also had a granite sample and my cashier said nothing about it needing to be checked out by a person in that dept, this other cashier made a big deal out of that too. Would have been fine if there had been someone in the granite dept when I was back there. Just don't like being made feel like I am doing something wrong, when I did NOT!

The store was in tip top shape. My sales associate was Taven and he was great!!

The employees went above and beyond to help me try to find what I was looking for even though it was sold out. They kept looking even after I gave up.
