Convenient needs improvement on staff helpfulness

Appreciate the store employees and their help.

I like the store because of the fast service.

I was having difficulty finding some products I was looking for but an employee was very helpful and patient with me for an extended period of time assisting me with selecting various items. Customer Service associates were also very friendly and helpful.

I recommend this store but the employees need to be better trained and need to learn how to respect and care for their customers.

Great place, good prices and excellent people. Love it!!

Rt 440 Jersey City is the NICEST HOME DEPOT employees are so friendly and helpful. They are never tired to help you look for something and they go beyond to get the answer. BEST STORE EVER!

This store is conveniently located with plenty of parking. Roomy and spacious. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Need a lot of improvements, some customer service needs more training... don’t need workers with attitudes.. the lighting to me is a bit dull.. I shop there because it is near my house. The store is a bit dusty.. as I stated in the plumbing dept. the gentleman was very knowledgeable, but one other product I could not find as for help, help never came..

It is really nice and good quality store but it will help if it little bed organized and you get assistance when you need it
