Home care and Ms Chiniqua was great!!!

Went there looking for a nee florescent bulb; unfortunately, they didn't have the size i was looking for, but they had new, better, WIRELESS lights that weren't too expensive, so i was already happy! Then i was looking for places that kept dry ice, but google said they were all closed, so i decided to ask an employee; she stopped what she was doing just to show me where she thought they used to keep em! She could have easily pointed, especially given she was an older woman, but she gladly took me over! Unfortunately you guys didn't have it... 5 stars if only you had my dry ice (and my replacement bulbs) ;p

Should have received free delivery for 2 appliances over $1300.I was only offer 1 appliance.The 2nd appliance I would have to pay a third-party $100 to bring it over the I 285 interstate less than 10 minutes to my house

I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience at this location. The associate I worked with assisted me in checking off every item on my shopping list. She was extremely helpful with sharing tips on my DIY project and I’m so grateful for her insight. I’ll definitely shop at this location in the future!

Had to exchange sue to not starting. They couldn't find the 1 in stock so gave me a better version at matches price. Manag e and associate were very helpful and accommodating. Needed generator badly due to flooded basement. They saved the day

The Forest Park Cops are always attempting to ticket you to load is one thing. The staff isn't friendly and the parking lot lizards have to be paid to load you because the staff is never available. I do my best to avoid this location.

If you’re looking to be ignored or made to feel like you’re a burden, this is the location for you! Not friendly at all… and just not a positive experience. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

I brought a washing machine from this store and God only knows that it is a product that I'm truly proud of and MJ, the associate who did the paperwork was outstanding and friendly and knowledgeable.

No one there after 5pm that knows anything about anything esp specialty items like electrical breakers.

i have experienced on many occasions out of stock items low shelf volume and poor condition of items on display. also employees with low working standards. good trained managers not on duty. Employees at other Home Depot locations have heard and are aware of how low this location is regarded in all areas

BOUGHT A AIR CONDITIONER WITH REMOTE AND NOW I'M GETTING A WASHER COMING BACK FOR THE DRYER

Jonesboro home depot alot of times are out of items that most contractors need. Example I was looking for 1/2 90 and 45 degree cpvc cuff. HD worker was nice enough to try to check up top to see if some where in stock but there where none these two items most plumbers need if they are doing jobs

An employee by the name of Ms. Alisa Foster was very professional and helpful to me and other customers. Ms. Foster needs a pay bonus on her next paycheck.

Walked the entire store looking for a customer of mine. Not one associate ever greeted or asked if I needed assistance.

This store is just a hot mess. And the employees don’t seem interested in the customers or making it better.

Everyone is friendly and they always have what I need!

It was a pleasure watching Chyna grace the floor helping multiple customers at once and keeping a smile on her face while doing it. On this gloomy rainy day, I must say her contagious smile had me grinning on my way out.

I’m a DIYer fixing a plumbing issue. The manager Carver, put together a custom solution in a few minutes that saved me time and money. When I got to check out Dale and Euneiquia wee friendly and charismatic. I loved the service, help and attention I got you. My shopping experience felt personal.

Only reason yall get four stars is because Cecilia was helpful,kind, and understanding. I bought a sump pump that was defective and did not work…. Home Depot makes enough money to reimburse for defective items. First one I had was used with debris all inside and so I go get a BRAND NEW ONE and it STILL is defective. Then you tell me I used it. Child please. To be fair I bought the pumps at the Conyers location and returned here, But still Home Depot!

I had my hands and arms filled items in which I could barely carry. I was literally wobbling through the store. The checkout lanes were at the opposite side of the store. The young lady, Quanisha, in customer service, stopped me and offered to check me out in the customer service area. The act of kindness really blessed my day. Congratulations to the hiring department in seeing the gem and awesomeness Quanisha truly is. She is definitely value-added to the organization. Thanks you so much Nisha

Ran in to the Jonesboro Rd location to get a few household items and witnessed a lady with glasses and an all black mullet fussing at a cashier helping a customer. Im not sure what may have went wrong but hopefully someone works with her on how to speak to people and find a better solution to explain why something was wrong. I don’t think the whole check out needed to know that.

Was at the Home Depot stores at jonesboro, GA and I had a wonderful stores experience! The availability and readiness of the staff to guide to make the right choice for needed materials was quite professional apart from the stores having a huge options/alternatives to pick from!

My washer was purchased and delivered on time within days. Thank to Tasha that works in the appliance area
