Juan the best cashier in the store. He just give me a great costumer service I've EVER EVER had. Willing to be patient, help and be very polite taking the time to solve and find whatever needed.

Best Home Depot in Miami and the best and most helpful employees

I shop at Home Depot almost every week and lately I was feeling that there was a lack of caring about the customers; until today, that I found an employee whose name is Alicia who really cared about assisting us. Thank you Alicia.

I had an issue with fungus on my plants and the associate was very knowledgeable he told me exactly what to do to get rid of the fungus. He knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me very specific instructions on how to cure my orchids. Thumbs up

I bought holistic herbs and tools and all were in good condition and affordable.

I like coming to this store for it's location. It is usually easy to get to and shop when in a pinch for time. The parking lot, is a nightmare. Parking is too tight and I drive a small sedan.

Your stores are usually clean and very well stocked of most merchandise needed by home owners that need to fix anything. And at the time when a hurricane is approaching your stores do anything and everything to help us with hurricane preparations. THANK YOU FOR DOING A GREAT JOB FOR US.

Waited 20 plus minutes in Lighting and no one showed up although 2 requests via intercom and 1 supervisor. Then I was told everyone in a meeting.

The store had the items I needed, but upon checkout the store clerk stopped me and accused me of not scanning/paying for all my items.

Every morning I go in and be up works. I always know my product is there and ready to go. She greets me with a smile and knows I’m in a rush and makes every effort to get me out of there as quickly as possible. Thank you, Bina I wish there Judge were more like you.

I can find almost anything I need for DIY home project at Home Depot. Emplyees very friendly and helpful.

Im happy to see that there are more employees that speak English at this facility. It wud be nice if there were a workshop for the employees to show courtesy towards to the customers. They need to be reminded that the customers are always RIGHT!

Once upon a time homedepot was the place to go. Employee were knowledgeable and plentiful. Fast forward today. Hardly any employees available and don’t know about the product. Self checkout is a joke. Most don’t work so it’s worse than ever. But I bet the company is making money and stock prices are up. Corporate greed has taken over.

Do not order tile online, the delivery can’t be incomplete or damage and the store is not responsible and the costumer services for order placed online are awful

The customer service here is nonexistant except at the cashier where they are helpful. The product is not accessible and it is impossible to get someone ro reach it. The only employee that was assigned to help me could not speak one word of English and was physically unable to access the product. Yet there seem to be groups of employees, talking with each other throughout the store none of them willing to help a customer. Very disappointing will not return to this store.

The store is great and so are all the employees. The prices are good.

A purchase of 20 pallets of brick was made via the "Pro Shop" within the Kendall (Miami) store which, itself, was well organized, clean and staffed by caring persons. Details were keenly observed and kept to. The whole process, from purchase to delivery, went smoothly thanks to the employees' efforts.

Too much roofing materials - over estimated. Returned without the counter-people even batting an eye. That's the way it's supposed to be .... Man or LADY alike. Don't underestimate what any one is capable of.

On 2/3/24 I needed to purchase several items to repair my shed. I went to department that had the tools I needed, but unfortunately the employee in that department was more interested in making his area stocked up and neat than to help me find what I needed. He sent me to different areas. I finally found a nice person who knew of an employee who was more familiar with what I needed and I was helped.

Thru the years Home Depot has been my hardware store of choice. Even though they ate all the little mom & pops hardware store. I used to spend hours with my best friend Eduardo at the little hardware store in Hialeah on Le June. But the friendly,corteous and professional service is always a welcomed experienced.
