Home Depot in Kenner has exceeded my expectations at this time for their customer service satisfaction and reliability.

Honestly one star is one star too many. I needed a specific item and was looking in store. I scanned the item with my Home Depot app to check the reviews. The app actually said that item was not available in stores anymore and needed to order it online. It also said that the price was dropped to 349.00 on the app. I inquired to see if the store would price match/honor the Home Depot online price and was informed that I had to go thru customer service to obtain a manager. After waiting inline with 7 customers in front of me I got to customer service where the lady then had to go manually find a manager to come up. He comes up and starts saying he will not honor it since sometimes the skew numbers aren’t the same online as in store despite the fact that I was getting it after scanning that specific item in their store. I then told them not matching at least their own Home Depot online prices was ridiculous and walked out calling corporate. Corporate was on the phone with me for a while and wound up giving me a gift card to the store for the difference in price. If it wasn’t for the fact that I needed that item I would have left and never went back since that is management incompetence.

The cashier named Casey helped me she was very friendly and very nice

I like that staff is very knowledge you can tell they trained their people well even if it’s not their department they still come to help you

All of the actual employees are very sweet very helpful very talkative. I was in here on a Saturday afternoon to exchange some parts and get some other ones. When? The lady who was checking me out asked me to apply for credit card. I said sure while we're doing this. The customer behind me's multiple 2×6 boards drop and hit her in her foot obviously she's hurt i watched the entire thing. Everyone is made known of this situation. The manager Mick comes walking by she tries to call him get his attention etc . his response to her was extremely disgusting and unprofessional, with him saying he was not a dog don't call him like that and that he was too busy to help her while she is helping me a guest he's management to me she shouldve been relieved but personally he came off as a really big you know what with a stank rude attitude for his injured employee. Especially considering my 3 year old nephew was on a cart which is what the boards originally hit and bounced off of unfortunately hitting the employee. Management should be better than that and that should never be a response but especially not in front of customers. MS. ZANDR as a customer thank you and I'm so sorry.

This particular store , I have been shopping here for years and have always , ALWAYS had the best experiences.... employees here are very friendly. If I ever had a question or a problem they would do whatever it took to help me with a solution! Home Depot in Kenner, LA. is the BEST !!!!!! Hands Down !!!!!!!!

Remember when we had to go to several different stores to get everything we needed for a job? Thank God for Home Depot!

Bad Customer Service and Employees Never Know you there to Offer Help

I purchase a couple appliances and i I’m very satisfied , the manager and sales specialist were great helping me , i will for sure go back for one more piece that i need .

I needed to return some extra pipe fittings I had purchased for a job but did not need. The return process was very easy and fast.

An employee in the plumbing section was extremely rude towards me and my family. I asked questions and he was unhelpful and angry. He was also rude to other Spanish people. He can not work with people.

I purchased a dishwasher and paid for installation. After 3 visits, Home Depot still has not gotten it hooked up. First crew said a plumber was needed. It took a week to get their plumber here who was here for 2 minutes and said he wasn’t sure why he was called. I then had to wait another week to have folks show up over an hour early and not have a needed part - telling us we had to get another appointment ( that I would have to wait another 2 weeks for). It should not take 4 appointments to install a dishwasher.

Got all my Milwaukee tools and organizing products from here.. I’m a very happy camper now..

Very helpful excellent customer service

I am handicapped veteran and use curbside pickup when possible On previous visit I waited over an hour and called 3 times before the product came out On this visit I waited 30 min and called They informed me the person that the person that did curbside pickup did not come in and that I had to come in and get it myself I could have sat there forever without some one responding Disappointing

We have purchased over 90 bags of rubber mulch. Each time the forklift brings it out. Today we met Victor the only forklift driver on a Sunday. Very smug. Telling us he needs to get a manager to unlock a gate. Good luck finding that manager he says as he chuckles. You need to get a cart and load your own. Uh no we are not doing that, three other nice workers are using a pallet jack to help. He stood there and watched these other workers load up the bags as we also helped. He just stood there saying… if y’all would have made me open that gate and get this you would have been fired. Home Depot need to train that worker in mindful practices and customer service. Poor poor attitude.

Paul in appliances is great ! We just purchased a washing machine, he was friendly and very knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions!

A young female employee walked through the door screaming the MF curse words. The cashier in garden, Lexey was very rude. I was at self help cash register. She suspended my transaction so I was stuck and then rang up people behind me in line while I was stuck waiting. No respect for my time.

Cashier Lathecia handled my transaction very professional she was fast and courteous.I really enjoyed her input on some designs for my living room she's a really sweet young lady will visit and ask for her at the store

Kenner’s pro desk is always very helpful. I buy all my roofing & construction supplies there.

No one wants to help in there and when you ask for help they “don’t know “

Purchased an interior door online with ease and great customer service. I liked not having to wait on the phone to talk to a person. I rated it 4 for value because of the increased prices due to inflation and supply.
