Having visited this location several dozens of times over the last 3 years I have to commend the management and staff here. The store is always well Kept! There is always an associate willing to help and provide very attentive service. Always my very first stop for all items from lumber to bbq grill grates.

I was shopping in the garden section and found everything to be clean and well organized. All the flowers were so nicely displayed it inspired me to start a new gardening project. When I bought too many things to load, an associate was there within minutes to help me out. I love my new flowers!

Found everything I needed, got a soda too...pretty legit. 10/10 would shop again.

I nearly always fine what I'm looking for with no assistance, however if I need help there always seems to be help close by. How ever this was not the case while I shopped at the Home Depot store in Merced Ca. I was very displeased with the associates at that store. This was in early September of this year.

Of all the Home Depot stores I have been in the store in Key West Fl is the best. The people are knowlegeable and friendly and really help you find what you were looking for.

Shelley went above and beyond, has excellent computer knowledge and used outside resources to find what I was looking. This product was on display in the store but out of stock so ultimately I purchased the display item. Overall awesome experience!

I had excellent service from your employee Chuck regarding the return of an item I purchased online. He took the time and helped me find the correct item I needed. Didn't feel rushed or pressure from him to complete my transaction. I would highly recommend Home Depot because of the service I received from him.

So I needed a new BBQ grill...... I simply went to the Home Depot, selected the preassembled grill of my choice, went to the service desk, and met the most helpful employee! She explained all of my warranty and extended warranty options. She made the sale in a very professional manner, sought assistance for loading my new grill, and was very positive throughout the sale. Now, for goodness sake............get that girl an apron badge! It appears that she has earned one.

I always use the online app! It was easy to find things in the store. Associates are very helpful! So excited to go back for my next project!

While shopping, I had many store associates ask me if I needed any assistance, or if they could help me find whatever I was shopping for - which was really helpful! Store was clean and the cashier was friendly too. Overall, a great shopping experience!

The cashiers are the friendliest. THe store has great sales and the best prices for home improvement products.

Shopping at Home Depot is always a great experience.

It is aalways easy to shop at this Home Depot because of the Store Associates. On this trip it was one named Taquana that was very helpful.

All the associates were helpful. Most of the items I was looking for were easy to locate. Store was nice and clean with little clutter. Cashiers did a great job effienctly checking customers out.

This store is always a wreck. Aisles are often blocked off, and store associates are difficult to find. IF you find one, they know nothing. The sheer lack of help and responses shown by associates leaves me upset every time I go there, since I have wasted my time. I avoid this store as much as possible since it is never a good experience.

The employees working behind the pro desk helped me with a large lumber purchase from start to finish when I was out of my league. They were friendly, professional, competent, and skilled in their trade. Thank you!

I shop there at least once a week. Last week my wife and I were looking for a grill and after looking at the large selection that they have we have picked one an will by it this weekend.

Recently decided to re-carpet my home. First visit was to schedule for professional measurement... won't want too much or worst too little. The person doing the actual measurements was extremely professional.My second store visit the clerk, Kathy, remembered my name and was most helpful and friendly. She gave advise on quality and wearability of my selection and confirmed all the details of my purchase. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Shopping here is always easy. Even when there are a lot of people shopping, the associates are fast and friendly. And I completely support all dog friendly businesses!

I purchased two chairs on line and was greatly disappointed. I was hesitant to return them but when the customer service agent told me that they would gladly help me with the procedure I loaded them into my truck and brought them to the store. They were so helpful that the whole experience took but a few minutes. I find our Home Depot to have terrific customer service. We living so far from the main land don't always have the selection that we would like but I've yet to be treated with anything but respect while there.
